I went to the ENT today.
My right ear has been constantly blocked when I wake up for nearly two months. During the weekend it was blocked the whole time and I could only hear at about 25%, but was ok when I squirted hot water up there yesterday morning. Woke up again with it blocked and the hot water trick only worked for ten minutes.
Finally, I decided to go see a doctor and the amount of junk they pulled out was amazing. Only ten minutes and only cost around 10 dollars.
He said I need regular cleaning once or twice a year.
Gosh it feels good to hear clearer again.

Bale.
What a player this guy is, I honestly think he's going to be our MVP this year. Taking the mantle away from Modric/Casemiro.

There was a guy who made a thread about it on GAF a few weeks back and it got me thinking about going to the doc to get it done.
The doctor I went to used some tweezers to pull out the first huge chunk in my right end then used some suction cleaner to pull the rest out, then another thing to go all around and pull some more stuff out.
I think the other method is to use some type of solution and it gets squirted into your end, like I had when I was younger.
It seems every season Giorgio has a couple of weeks when his brain just doesn't work. Hopefully, he is getting it out of his system now.
I still don't understand some of the selections.

I watched The Fountain again last night. I wish Hollywood would make more of these types of films.
Although not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, and I don't suppose many here liked it, it just gives you food for thought and sticks in your mind and the visuals are wonderful.
I need to become a director. No word of a lie, I have had this thought in my head for years that I would make a film that spanned the whole history of the solar system and then concentrate on earth. No music until near the end and minimal vocals. Mostly just sound effects.
Has Malick nicked my idea?

Completely forgot about the Africa Cup. Since El Neny is going to be attending, we are apparently qualified. First time I also hear about the Egyptian fellow at Stoke. He any good, or do any games yet?
So to my intended question: Who's going to be hurting the most? United missing Bailly? Leicester missing Slimani / Mahrez or Liverpool missing Mane?

I don't particularly like complaining about refs, because Juve are historically hardly a side that's suffered great injustices. Just like I find it silly when the other big clubs and their fans complain about it. Especially when it comes to league games, of which there are 35+ in a season. You get some shitty calls in your favour and some against. It doesn't always level up at the end of the season, but that's simply the nature of the sport.
I do however love it when a Juve player gets (or doesn't) sanctioned when playing international matches for Juve or Italy, and you suddenly have all these anti-Juve worms come out of the woodwork with their just-pulled-it-out-of-my-ass stats, raiding that ever popular anti-Juve sentiment.
Chiellini gets a red playing for Italy and suddenly ... ehehehehe, you see, as soon as you step outside of Italy, Chiellini gets what he deserves!
Giorgio Chiellini. 214 international matches. 49 CL games, 4 EL games, 90 with Italy's NT, 71 with Italy's U21 and below selections.
This was his second red card.
Has has five reds in 401 matches with Juve.
Statistics, how do they work.

Chalobah is likely to make to his 88th cap tonight for England at youth level. He first made Chelsea's bench in 2010 at the age of 15 yet 6 years and 6 loans later he still hasn't made his competitive debut for us. He has stayed with us this year but despilte looking good in preseason his chances to play will be limited, highlighted when he was left on the bench during the league cup game against Bristol Rovers. Unless we get struck with injuries in midfield its looking likely it will be another wasted season.
