Manziel is going to be found in a back alley drunk off his ass. Please someone GIF the Manziel shots.

5 Oakland Khalil Mack (OLB) Buffalo
EDIT:
5 Oakland Khalil Mack (OLB) Buffalo
Scouts Inc. pros: Excellent versatility in the passing game (NFL comparison: Clay Matthews, Packers). Outstanding upper-body strength. Pursues with reckless abandon when he has a chance to get in on the play.
Scouts Inc. cons: Biggest knock is tendency to freelance. Occasionally tries to make too much happen and leaves scheme vulnerable as a result. Will overpursue and/or lunge on occasion.
6. Atlanta Jake Matthews (OT) Texas A&M
good smart pick, gives Cowardly Ryan time to throw.
Scouts Inc. pros: Powerful punch. Consistently jars defenders with initial pop. Technically sound and polished in sets for a collegiate tackle. Tough, blue-collar type.
Scouts Inc. cons: Occasionally lets pads rise after initial contact, but usually re-sinks hips to recover. Gets lost at times in space as a run-blocker.
good smart pick, gives Cowardly Ryan time to throw.
7. Tampa Bay Mike Evans (WR) Texas A&M
Another solid pick, though I'm surprised they didn't go Donald (Lovie Smith loves his DTs). They're trying to catch up with the division getting better at WR.
Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M
Scouts Inc. pros: Huge catching radius. His combination of length, strength, leaping ability and body control can't be coached, and afford him a lot of luxuries as a route runner. He winds up hauling in an extremely high percentage of jump balls if he can establish any sort of positioning prior to elevating.
Scouts Inc. cons: Slower than ideal getting in and out of breaks, and frequently pushes off to create separation. Routes can be slow-developing and segmented at times, and most catches are highly contested. Allows too many balls to get into his pads, especially on quick-hitting throws (slants, outs, hitches, etc).

WHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT?????????????????????????????????????????????
8. Cleveland [from Minnesota] Justin Gilbert (CB) Oklahoma St
Manziel is going to kill himself.

8. Cleveland [from Minnesota] Justin Gilbert (CB) Oklahoma St
Scouts Inc. pros: Consistently gets head around and does a great job of tracking ball over shoulder. Outstanding hand-eye coordination. Great initial burst and top-end speed.
Scouts Inc. cons: Has stiffness in ankles and hips. Struggles to mirror quicker WRs. Too slow in transition. Will allow too much separation on sharp-breaking routes and double moves.
Manziel is going to kill himself.

Browns trolling Johnny. lolI mean it's not a BAD pick... Gilbert and Haden will be a force. And they can still get a QB later on, but dayum.
Not a bad pick at all! Haden/Gilbert is scary good, plus they gain a 2015 #1 and #4. Good deal by Cle.Browns trolling Johnny. lolI mean it's not a BAD pick… Gilbert and Haden will be a force. And they can still get a QB later on, but dayum.
9. Minnesota [from Buffalo through Cleveland] Anthony Barr (OLB) UCLA
Scouts Inc. pros: Has long strides and can cover a lot of ground in hurry once pointed in the direction. Long arms help when forced to lunge or dive. Ideal length and initial burst to gain edge.Manziel gonna cry in a corner... then goto Dallas.
Scouts Inc. cons: Lacks elite playmaking instincts at this point. Often will be a quarter-count late with diagnosis against misdirection or deceptive runs. Also too finesse at times and does not appear to a naturally violent defender.
10. Detroit Eric Ebron (TE) UNC
Thank God now the Giants can get Lewan and call it a day.
Scouts Inc. pros: Most dangerous TE in class - as both vertical route runner and after catch. Explodes off the line and gains speed quickly. Legitimate seam-stretching weapon. The Lions honestly took ANOTHER TE who can't block? LOL.
Scouts Inc. cons: Too many focus drops on 'catchable' balls. Highest drop percentage (11 percent) in 2013 of all the top TE prospects. Would like to see better route savvy when working through traffic.
Thank God now the Giants can get Lewan and call it a day.
10. Detroit Eric Ebron (TE) UNCI hope we can nab Lewan. Eli needs to be kept upright, no idea how much of the little mobility he had to begin with he'll have as he recovers from the ankle surgery.Scouts Inc. pros: Most dangerous TE in class - as both vertical route runner and after catch. ... well it's gonna have to be Zack Martin now then... I like Donald, but I'm tired of them going Defense in the 1st round. Get an OL.

12. NY Giants Odell Beckham Jr. (WR) LSU
I really dislike this pick. Basically they're saying they don't trust Randle OR Jernigan and that their O-Line is largely rebuilt. It's not, and I worry about protecting Eli. I mean the guy is good, but was WR a need over OL?
Scouts Inc. pros: Highly instinctive open-field runner. Knows when to cut against grain. Uses fluid hips and quick feet to get defenders off balance in space (lots of shoulder dips, inside-out moves, etc.)
Scouts Inc. cons: Ball security – on offense and in return game – is somewhat of a concern. Needs to continue to get stronger. Must improve focus and overall pass-catching consistency.

13. St. Louis Aaron Donald (DT) Pittsburgh
Scouts Inc. pros: First thing that jumps out on tape is elite get-off speed. Was nearly unblockable in Senior Bowl one-on-one pass-rush drills. Elite college sack production (29.5 career sacks) and combine workout results match up.Shit just got REAL for St. Louis. Damn what a pass rush.
Scouts Inc. cons: Short frame and lacks ideal bulk. Effort is a touch inconsistent and better rushing the passer than is chasing the run.
14. Chicago Kyle Fuller (CB) Va Tech
Scouts Inc. pros: Excellent eyes and technique. Calm and rarely rattled on tape. Natural at turning and locating the ball in trail. Knows when to play the ball or the man.It was either safety or corner for the Bears, and they got possibly the best in the draft.
Scouts Inc. cons: Will lose momentum with transition when having to quickly change directions laterally or plant and drive breaking forward. Hindered by shoulder and groin injuries in 2012.
15. Pittsburgh Ryan Shazier (OLB) Ohio St
Scouts Inc. pros: He's a natural playmaker and has a nose for the ball. Diagnoses screens early. Sideline-to-sideline player who can stalk and chase backs down from behind.Nice pick, retooling D line
Scouts Inc. cons: Size is an issue. Lacks adequate lower-body strength and mass at this point. Gets swallowed up by offensive linemen when forced to play in phone booth.
16. Dallas Zack Martin (OT) Notre Dame
sorry h3ro
Scouts Inc. pros: Experience shows on tape. Rarely gets caught off guard or out of position. Effort is excellent. Blocks from snap to whistle.Smart pick, that's going to be a MUCH improved O line.
Scouts Inc. cons: Lack of ideal length puts a cap on range and can give him problems with longer speed rushers off the edge.
sorry h3ro
Giants don't draft for glaring need.
Cowboys make the smart decision.
Jets fans at draft don't boo pick.

17. Baltimore C.J. Mosley (ILB) Alabama
18. NY Jets Calvin Pryor (S) Louisville
Scouts Inc. pros: Disciplined, relentless and tough. Upper-echelon range versus run. Changes directions quickly (when necessary) and shows good initial burst. Consistently makes plays outside tackle box.
Scouts Inc. cons: Does not force many fumbles. Can give up too much ground to OL when they reach on second level. Not as consistently effective taking on blocks in short-yardage and goal-line scenarios.
18. NY Jets Calvin Pryor (S) Louisville
Scouts Inc. pros: Plays game way it's supposed to be played. Will bait quarterbacks into throws. Diagnoses run quickly, fills alley with reckless abandon when playing high-point, and also is more than capable working in the box.
Scouts Inc. cons: Lacks ideal acceleration out of pedal. In limited views in man-to-man coverage, can hold up by keeping play in front of him, but allows WRs to generate too much separation on hard-breaking routes due to his poor acceleration out of pedal.
whoops, was on the phone. Gonna have to catch up on the updates.
EDIT: ANNNNNNDDDD I can't find the scout info. whelp draft updates over.

A homeless person helped the Browns make their pick apparentlyAs far as I'm concerned, Browns won the 1st round. They got better at CB and got Manziel on the cheap. If they got a legit RB OH LAWD...

They really need a #2 receiver. Lots of good guys available thankfully.
So we have two clowns in Houston now
I can already see Watt getting all up in Clowneys ass about "effort" and "desire"
Now we just need Carr to get selected by them and for him to struggle with pressure throws to get maximum lul
Meanwhile, Manziel throws bombs to Cameron and Gordon all day for ROTY

I was yelling at my TV when their pick was up. Do it Jerry! Do it! Alas, it was not to be.
not sure y yall think the cowboys taking manziel would be a dumb move
to me they goofed
they had some great teams with Romo and couldn't get it done--their main pieces are aging out

Romo, no doubt, has (much to the enjoyment of the rest of us) done his fair share of fucking up. But its not exactly like they aren't getting production at QB. Plus Manziel brings the circus with him. Hoyer is already dead IMO. Media probably already has their 'QB Controversy' articles fired up. Hell, they probably started a draft with Romo when it looked like the Cowboys might take a run at JFF.
Cool article from 538:

The idea that the NFL Draft mostly follows the efficient market hypothesis is really interesting to think about. That trades still reflect "the chart" instead of the historic expected value is interesting as well and probably explains why teams that trade up for top picks usually have bad returns.

Because they still owe Romo a bajillion dollars and if they drafted Manziel the fans would be chanting for him at the first Romo fuck up. You don't give your starting QB an extension and then immediately undermine in the next draft.
I know people like to shit on Romo but the Cowboys have bigger issues than QB.

Jon Bois on SBNation also did a really good write up on how bad/good NFL teams have been at drafting players:
http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/2014/2/25/5430150/nfl-draft-history-worst-picks
Spoiler: The Lions are terrible at drafting.
overall happy with our draft. still wish we didn't use our 2nd round pick on carr II, when marquise lee was still there or even a trade back for more picks.
