Anyone watched the uuuugggghhhhhh… new transformers
passed out halfway into the first episode. The lips were really fucking with me, though.
By Laboured Go To PostAll of those Marvel shows on Netflix needed condensing from 12 to 6 episodes.
Very true.

This weekend. Kid is here
By Facism Go To Postfinished baki and i'm like fuck you can't stop it there.
Hopefully Part 4 will air soon. I need to see the conclusion?
Did you watch the original 2000s anime?

Nope.

Worth a watch if you want a Baki fix.
Very different from the Netflix series, as it is a shonen show. Worth it just to see how Baki met many of the characters in the Netflix show. Made things a lot clearer to me when I watched it. Especially his motivation.
Umbrella Academy S2, I think I enjoyed it more than season 1.
Ben is still my favorite character... RIP this version of him :*(
Pulling a Dark tho.

Daredevil season 3 was bloated as fuck
Liked the Nadeem stuff, everything else was middling or poor. Absolutely rotten with shit flashbacks and internal dialogues.

Remember that Sweded version of the Extraction trailer that some Nigerian kids made?
Netflix sent them some filming gear.

Dark season 3 is getting convoluted as fuck. There was already several decades of relationships (spanning multiple families) to keep track of, now I gotta re-learn all those for a separate world? The fuck? To top it off, the individuals from the first world are in totally new time period in the past and the show jumps back and forth between worlds without much signaling so yeah lol.
I liked season two less because it fails at time fuckery in ways Dark never does. I did t get into UA for a serious time drama tho, so I still enjoyed it

By Not Go To PostAt least they have the whoosh transition when they switch worlds
There’s other giveaways.
. I feel like I gotta have a whiteboard to keep up though. I’m hoping some of it becomes more clear as we progress, but man. I feel like I need to binge the entire thing after I watch this season
lol
By LFMartins86 Go To PostI'm just glad that Tig is getting more work. Brilliant comedian.
That's going be awkward.

Episode 2
Naaaaah son, husband definitely did it. Dude asked the funeral home to reassemble her remains lock him up. Holy fuk

Old one had more than a couple "wow this husband totally disappeared/murdered his wife" segments. Disturbing as all hell really.

I have some thoughts and questions.
Mostly they adhere to the application of quantum mechanics on the timelines. They use Schrödinger’s cat as a visual representation for the effects and even show the effect with Marta running, but they don’t clarify what happens to the actual experiment when an observation is made or how that would apply to reality / time. How does one observe an alternate reality anyway? This seemingly functions as a way to break the time loop. The loops still exists in the old version of reality, but since there’s two possible versions of reality the new version also exists.
That being said, they then later imply time acts as a force too keep Jonas alive since his old self exists in the future. But then I’m not sure how Marta and Eve kill Jonas in the previous scenes.
I’m not done though so I’ll see if my questions are answered by the end

I think they are mostly yeah. A fairly major point comes up in the final ep.

I was trying to keep watching last night but was getting sleepy and I’m on the episode that flys back and forth from post apocalyptic world to 1890’s and the 1980 and the 20’s and then post apocalyptic and I said ... “nah I need more mental capacity to absorb all this” and went to bed lol
I think, rightly imo, the final ep. does not get overly bogged down in detail, which is probably why you're find these eps so detail heavy, so that they're clear for the final act.
Stupid. I guess Netflix is ending its failed talk show experiment but that was the best of the bunch
