It’s all cost benefit. These people are skinnier in build and walk a lot. The opposite of what Zac or most everyone thinks of being fit. There’s also the stress factor. They interview this old dude who’s daily routine involves walking to a bar lol.
Walkability is great. I can walk to shit from my home. Covid sucks because that's been null. Nothing to walk to and sit down for a bit.

Anyways to look like that wouldn't require that much work and is achievable for mostly everyone if you want to. However maintaining that body fat level is unreasonable for extended periods. I've been there before it's not fun.

I imagine if the CGI wasn't so bad I would have enjoyed it a lot more. The plot seemed to just get going by the time it ended. It progressed really slowly so I hope they don't just rush through it.
Just started S3 of Last Chance U, I have no interest in American football really lol, but I like seeing young people in college try and achieve their dreams. It's a really good show.
Money Heist/La Casa Del Papel renewed for a 5th and final season. They are shooting part of it in Portugal, which is nice, show is fucking huge here.
Premise is alright, seems on slightly better footing than the first season.
