you'd think jamie would be able to afford a barber that can spray on the same hairline every single time.
By Not Go To PostJGL fell offMan thought he was going to be starring in his own Batman movies.
These Unsolved Mysteries are so fucking half-assed lol. So obvious that they just run with whatever narrative is most entertaining. The dude in the first episode clearly offed himself and the family doesn't want to accept it
Well, all that talk about Unsolved Mysteries helped me find out that they have all the old episodes up on YouTube and it has become my thing to watch before falling asleep.

Please tell me Unsolved Mysteries on Netflix is narrated by the original guy, or at least has all the old episodes.
No.
Netflix one I read up, no thank you. No Stack (hes dead so duh) and one mystery per ep? Nah brehs. Gimme that old shit of multiple segments including dumb satanic panic or aliens did it. I think it's up on Prime too (the old one).

They're not narrated, pretty standard Netflix true crime trash to fall asleep to. Reading about some of these cases after they leave a lot of shit out that makes them a lot less "mysterious"
One of the creepiest parts of the old show is when they got on some husbands that definitely did that shit.

I didn’t think I could, but now I think I will watch and enjoy this
Also, thinking on it, eventhough the plot intrigues me that Gosling/Evans movie is a pass for me because it's the Russos.

I just want a cut that deletes Bolin from the show
And to forget I ever watched that awful Wan episode.
Otherwise, Korra was merely OK.

The only shit I really didn't enjoy in Korra is the ending of season 1, all of season 2, and the overbearing teenage romance subplots
Everything else? *Chef's kiss*
Everything else? *Chef's kiss*
I think the only thing I enjoyed in Korra were some of the fights and character designs.
The characters were sooooooooooo boring. Mako, Bolin, Tenzin, aag's other kids, Korra's gf. I liked Korra and the villains were definitely better than TLA but underutilized. Amon should have bee around for much longer and they could have really connected his storyline with the spirits/zaheer stuff. I don't even remember kuvira.

And even the romance stuff didn't bother me in 2012. Coincided with Tumblr's heyday, basically singlehandedly propelled livejournal fanfic culture to the mainstream. A bad thing? Yes.
But WHEW
But WHEW
Zaheer was a total waste of potential. Villains who think they are right, but also who act out of their twisted sense of kindness, or at least neutrality are usually the more interesting ones. But they couldn't develop him like that.
Amon's story started well, but just going back to the well of "taking away someone's bending" was doomed to fail from the start, because you cannot take the pivotal moment from the previous series and not trivialize it by going that route, even if the reveal explains how it's different.
In general, they went back to the well a bit too much, but not to build on it, but to fetishize it for returning fans that wanted to see those moments again and again and can't let them be and like new things.

The cool thing is thanks to Rebecca Sugar if Legend of Korra was made today she and Asami would definitely have been able to do more than hold hands and walk into a portal

I remember rolling my eyes pretty hard seeing they have a factory of lightning benders after TLA went through 2 seasons explaining why lightning bending was so rare. Zuko at the end of the series still couldn't produce it but you have one of the most wishy-washy characters in Mako, doing it ezpz. yeah yeah, techniques get easier with time but there's still only a tiny squad of metal benders.
The romance is whatever, it was whatever in TLA too.
Sometimes a show can have very bad writing in places and still be worth watching
By /sy Go To PostThe romance is whatever, it was whatever in TLA too.mainly just in the third season, and even then it was tertiary
I'd say S3 >>>>>> S1/4 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> S2
S2 is definitely the worst of the entire series, terrible villian, romantic shit no one cared about, deus ex machina ending, if it could be erased from the show's canon I'd take the option inmediately.
S3 is good and Zaheer and his people are the best the show ever gets at having a threatening villian and a coherent season arc
S1 and 4 are just alright, good animation and fights, interesting concepts, but both have terrible finales and ultimately do not live up to their early promise

So I’m on episode 2 of Zac Efron’s eco travel show and
Paris’s water distribution system shits on everything in the US. Fuckin’ Ozone and UV purification instead of Chlorine and they have public fizzy water. Wat?
The show has actually been really enjoyable lol

By Lupercal Go To PostEh, for every thing Paris does right, it does something wrong.
Not to mention the smell in Summer.
Sure but I like clean water lol
I also found out they pump CO2 into the ground in Iceland. It binds with minerals and gets trapped in the earths crust. Why the Fuck aren’t we doing that?
Show is legit fun and informative lol
