By alt sy Go To PostTried Sabrina. Couldn't finish the first episode.
haven't had much energy to return to it myself, might give it one more try...on episode 3 though
Castlevania's animation really needs some more talent. Besides Spencer Wan, I don't know if they have any notable domestic animators. Either episode 6 or 7 had some nice cuts in it, outsourced a lot of the key animation to very good up and coming talents. Their background art is pretty good though. Particular some of the portraits by https://twitter.com/kloysius
I tried watching some of the episodes but maaaan, it's hard to look at.

House of Cards Season 6 was the worst piece of TV that I have ever seen.
I know some will say it has been like that since season 2, but I really did enjoy the previous 5 seasons.

Wrapped up narcos and it's just fantastic isn't it, this season only let down was perhaps the pace was a switch from season 3 and felt perhaps a bit too much like a build up of what's to come. But fuck me am I excited for whats to come, how they drop names so unassuming (chapos introduction has to be one of the most flippant I've ever seen for someone so important)

Yeah, and I had high expectations for that too.
By the way, just in case anyone’s interested, my neighbor Bob is selling a few Rotiform Wheels. If anyone’s interested, feel free to PM me.
Saw the first two episodes of Dogs. It's pretty good, it's more about the connection between dogs and their owners. First episode is about a young teen who suffers from epilepsy and the service dog that's being trained to help her. Second one was definitely the standout and it's probably going to be the highlight of the show. It's about a Syrian refugee who lives in Germany and who is trying to get his dog from Syria. It's an incredible story that shows the difficult lives of those still trapped in Syria and how a dog can be a symbol of hope and happiness.
That one is a definitely must watch.

Can clearly tell it was written too quickly.
Biggest problem was they got rid of Spacey, but mention Frank a dozen times an episode.
That was a bit of an uneven season of Narcos: Mexico.
Mostly good, some odd stylistic choices, and I am left wondering why they decided not to have Pena's character be an undercover agent that managed to infiltrate and get close to Felix Gallardo like in real life. I think they could have gotten more tension out of that story rather than focus on two characters on the opposite sides thag never interact with each other.

In general, I wasn't really that satisfied. Casting is a bit of hit and miss, some really weird points like Pena moving up to Gallardo in the car and stuff like that.
I am looking forward to season 2 when they start focusing on the different cartels that have splintered off.
By Zabojnik Go To PostI guess I'll be the one to say it. Weakest season so far.Nah, I agree.
Was by far the weakest and I wasn't already the biggest fan of S3, allthough it was still alot stronger.
However there are still plenty of good moments in S4 and some good actors.
They should have ended the series with S3 and build up something entirely new, if they wanted to do the Mexico scenario.
Still decent enough to watch and since there isn't anything else that's really catching my attention, the alternatives are pretty meh anyway.
It definitely felt like a set up for the craziness to come. The next few years in the drug war ramp up big time.
Never heard much about Final Table but just saw the first 3 episodes with a few friends.
It's basically MasterChef but with chefs that won Michelin stars and stuff.
The dishes are amazing and it's probably one of the best shows to watch with HDR as the colours of some ingredients are amazing.

Saw the trailer when watching the handegg game last night. Looks interesting. Could be good. Could be shit.
No, it is quite evidently one of those Netflix films. You know the ones.
In October 2010, Tom Hanks and Johnny Depp entered into "talks" to join the cast of the film, to be directed by Kathryn Bigelow from a screenplay by Mark Boal with shooting set to commence in early 2011.[2][3] In November 2010, Tom Hanks was officially cast.[4] Production lagged, and, in June 2015, it was announced that J. C. Chandor was in talks to direct the film for Paramount Pictures, while Bigelow left because she wanted to focus on her film about Bowe Bergdahl.[5] Both Hanks and Will Smith were in talks for the lead roles.[5] The film, alternately titled Sleeping Dogs, would be produced by Roven and Alex Gartner through Atlas Entertainment.[5][6] In September 2015, Chandor officially signed on to helm the film.[7] On January 20, 2016, it was reported that Depp was once again in early talks to star in the film, while Hanks' attachment was not yet not confirmed and Smith had left due to scheduling conflicts with Collateral Beauty.[6]
In January 2017, it was reported that Channing Tatum and Tom Hardy were in talks to join the film, with Depp and Hanks no longer up for roles.[8] In February 2017, Mahershala Ali joined the cast with Tatum and Hardy also officially signed on.[9] On April 12, 2017, a month before shooting was set to commence, it was reported that Triple Frontier had been dropped by Paramount, and Tatum and Hardy would no longer be a part of the cast, while Ali and Adria Arjona were still attached to star.[10]
On May 1, 2017, it was reported that Netflix was in negotiations to acquire the rights to the film with Ben Affleck and Casey Affleck in negotiations for the roles Hardy and Tatum vacated with Ali and Arjona remaining on the project.[11] Ben Affleck exited the film in early July 2017 due to personal reasons.[12] On July 26, 2017, it was reported that Mark Wahlberg was in talks to join the film in the role Affleck vacated, along with him also joining Charlie Hunnam, Garrett Hedlund, and Pedro Pascal, while Arjona was also still attached to the project.[13] Principal production was set to commence in August 2017 in Hawaii and Colombia.[14][13]
On March 19, 2018, it was announced that Triple Frontier, to potentially be retitled, would commence principal production on March 26, 2018 in Oahu, Hawaii. Ben Affleck had signed back on to star with Oscar Isaac, Hunnam, Hedlund, Pascal, and Arjona also set to star. Ali had been forced to drop out of the project when production was delayed.[15]
By Laboured Go To PostNo, it is quite evidently one of those Netflix films. You know the ones.Nothing in there seems that unusual. Netflix picked it up before the movie started shooting so it's not a case like The Cloverfield Paradox where the movie was bad and Paramount decided to sell it instead of putting it on theaters.
Paramount dropped it before shooting probably because they had to reshuffle some things in the studio after a string of under performing movies like Star Trek Beyond, TMNT 2, Jack Reacher 2, Terminator Genisys, Monster Truck, xXx 3 and Ghost In The Shell.

Would love to have the option to watch the "director's cut" without having to play/deciding
By LFMartins86 Go To PostIt's been pretty entertaining seeing people discuss how the hell can they pirate that thing.Hadn't thought about it. That's interesting for publishers. And a huge problem for us third world users.
I have no problem paying for Netflix (actually using my grandma's account), but if other movies/series start using it, I'm fucked

Speaking of Netflix, they announced that Bird Box has been seen by 47M accounts in the first 7 days, they count as watched anyone who has seen 70% of the movie.
That's an incredible number, nearly a third of their worldwide audience.
It's natural, movie was pretty hyped and it's always on my introscreen somehow.
I wonder if they'll ever release numbers for other Netflix movies.

In that new series Sex Education they’ve somehow set an American high school in the UK. Super confusing.
edit: This is supposed to be a secondary school but there’s no uniform and one bloke is wearing a varsity jacket. Apparently he’s the head boy.
He introduced himself by running to the front during assembly and dancing. This is 10 minutes in.

I was skeptical from the casting pics and what not... but so far Titans is amazing.
About half way through and it might be my favorite super hero series yet.. Just it is done so well..

Is this like that time people said Arrow was good and then I watched it and then I had to hunt them down and slowly skin them alive as a result?
