After the acting on display by his peers, he's fortunate he got out so soon.

Tht Guardian article destroyed my soul. Wenger is not an idiot. He knows what he needs, but just flat out refuses to pay. He talks about value, but he wasn't willing to pull the trigger when Hig was valued at 35 and now went for over twice that. Wenger is more interested in playing games, trying to pull off cheap moves.
And the worst thing about Arsenal, is the fucking style of play. It just isn't very good. Watching Arsenal is so predictable and boring. A bunch of 11 guys who look like they want to put in the minimum effort until the last ten minutes of a game.

Previously I was always scared if one of our guys would get injured we'd have to replace them with Arteta, Flamini, old man Rosicky etc - none of that today. New kid Holding is gud. He's really composed for someone in his situation, good blocks, plays nice forward passes and runs, isnt afraid to use his voice to direct other defenders. He's what i think people expected Chambers to become (who really needs to go on loan).
