Officers arrested a man, Satoshi Uematsu, 26, after he told police he 'did it'
Suspect reportedly said: 'I want to get rid of the disabled from this world'
Police said the man used to work at the centre before bosses sacked him
He broke in by using a hammer and had 'a number of sharp weapons'

The last time was the guy who drove over people in Akihabara GTA style.
This was the largest body count in Japan since 1938...
