By reilo Go To PostNo dark_prinny, you shouldn't have to. What browser are you using?
Safari, but it seems right ATM.
By dark_prinny Go To PostReilo, it crashes constantly on the 6 plus M8.
Having my housemate look at it on his 6+ right now.
Okay, keep me updated.
FYI, I also did quite a few UI tweaks and clean-up. Hopefully that should resolve some inconsistencies that I've noticed that bugged the shit outta me.
After the initial crashes all seems fine now but I'll keep you updated. Amazing work on the editor M8. Incredible
Are you in landscape mode? Housemate is seemingly finding issues in Landscape mode. Most definitely crashes in landscape mode without a single portrait mode crash. Strange.

When it crashed I wasn't on landscape mode, but I'll check it out now.
Posted it on the Footy thread Reilo, but the editing doesn't seems to work on iPad ( at least with Safari ).
I can't seem to highlight text in the quote boxes in order to bold/underline/strikethrough bits of text which I sometimes like to do. Every time I highlight quoted text it just seems to disappear from my reply and I have to click to quote the text again.
I'm on Chrome 41.0.2272.101 m at the moment
edit: nvm, seems like it's working now
Mobile seems a little buggy for me on 2013 Moto X. Once text is highlighted the markers to expand the selection can cover up the buttons for changing bold/italics/etc. If you click the new reply button while a page is still loading it seems to break it and http://i.imgur.com/TrLZKIg.png" class="hoverZoomLink">take you to this screen where you can't scroll.
Also, can you expand the beginning text box so you don't have to click directly on the post a reply... line?
Looks great guys.
One nitpick: on the mobile version of the site, if you start a new paragraph in a reply the first letter isn't automatically capitalized.
I'll take a pass at landscape mode, which I've honestly neglected since I don't browse in landscape. I'll look into iPad, too.
By HasphatsAnts Go To Post Question: I can't click on usernames to ignore people anymore. Is this intentional?
Fixed.
Thanks for the feedback!
Upped homepage to 20 most recent.

Noted.
I was also going to add a new reply button on the thread somewhere near the top but forgot. So look forward to that. I also need to improve the feedback and interaction when quoting someone.
I upped the margins between paragraphs and blockquotes so you guys don't need to feel like you need to hit an extra return to provide a bit more of breathing room and make it more legible.
Some current posts will look a bit weird but that should clear itself up.
At the very least, we need to fix the dates so that they are rendered before the post stuff finishes loading... currently they take literally seconds to load for me on a very resource constrained computer (which I imagine is somewhat similar to mobile), which is extremely distracting.
I don't know about these bigger margins, prefer smaller ones. It makes auto scroll more necessary especially with posts with multiple images.
Still not a fan of displaying the avatar of the user with the last post in the thread. At least not so prominently.
edit: The double forward arrow doesn't take me to the last page of a thread anymore, just the next page. weird.

Will check it out.
By Pele.gif Go To PostI can't paste anything on the post. Is that right? I'm using IE from Windows 8.1
Strange, it should. Will look into it later.
-I can't edit someone's quote.
-the cursor/pointer doesn't dictate where I want the quote to be inserted either.
-the cursor/pointer doesn't seem to be 100% responsive when I want to highlight/edit.
-spellcheck no longer works. Just shows that the word is misspelled but no longer offers suggestions, weird.
Thanks PSY.
By RBK Go To PostAny reason for stripping away features as far as making posts?
What do you mean? Only thing I've stripped is lists (noone was using it) and I'll be adding more features later (YouTube, SoundCloud, better options for thread creators).
By db Go To PostThat blank post was the image insert icon failing me.
I need to work out the validation on that.

Spoke too soon, didn't know you had to highlight text to get stuff like spoiler tags to pop up.
Amazing update.
What's up with the space before a quote box?
Also, if you add a quote box at the start of a post, there's no way to put text before it. The text just gets into the quote box :/

You can actually make entirely empty posts, like so...

Yep, there's a noticeable gap of space when quoting someone. You can manually go up and press delete once, and sometimes, twice to get rid of it, but it would be nice if it did that by default.
I think I would prefer to be taken directly to the reply area at the bottom of the page when I press the quote button. If I'm quoting multiple posts it's at that point I wouldn't mind having to scroll back up to select those specific posts. Perhaps a quote + option like gaf wouldn't be a bad idea.
Also, is there anyway to add more space below the quoted box in the reply area? I'm clicking around, and missing from time to time and it's occasionally making the quote box disappear.

I'm still having this issue. It will work sometimes(like now) but then it'll happen again
