So forum timestamps.... After coming back from Taiwan it's all messed up now. It's showing PST for some reason (like it's 12:39am, but will show 10:39pm) I've cleared cache/cookies, manually set time zone and restated phone.

I was running into UX issues with the new Search where the real-estate just wasn't enough to provide a clean experience, so I went down a slight tangent on how to best make that happen, so I started playing around with the menu a bit. One of the feedback items I want to address with the next "big update" that accompanies revamped Search is tweaking the navigation as well. So here's an early pass at making a more robust menu that gives quicker access to the things people don't quite know where they are, plus with the bonus of playing a bit around with some simple animations that I think add character.
My next step will be applying a similar style to the revamped search because I didn't quite like how the picking of options was shaping up to be. It was making it difficult to translate to a clean mobile user experience.

I was wondering if something could be done re images?
So for example we have a screenshot thread and currently we have all these nice screenshots but as currently presented the forum squeezes them down to a much smaller size than originally intendede and you can't see them in a larger size unless the images are linked off-site to somewhere like flickr in a new tab.
Any thoughts on allowing larger images in some way?

FYI, Kibner has been hard at work on keyboard shortcuts.
Thus far, he's implemented editing keyboard shorts, e.g. cmd+b gives you the bold tag, etc. This also includes submitting a post via a shortcut.
He's also working on detecting embed URLs, e.g. if you paste a YouTube link it will auto-wrap it for you.
After that he might tackle quick navigation between forums in the way Slack and Discord do it:
Hopefully this will make people's lives a bit easier to navigate the site.

I aim to ease the laziest posting poster's life. So, any idea to remove barriers between you and posting quickly and easily, let us know!

Really hoping the submit post command is Ctrl+Enter (or Cmd+Enter).
Also it sucks FontAwesome doesn't have a Discord icon :(

Some sites with a feature-rich editor (like google docs) even override ctrl+s to introduce different behavior.
I am unsure if you can suppress OS level events, but browser level isn't too hard.
