Just noticed that there is no way to expand an image once its automatically resized besides opening in a new tab. Would be useful if you could click on them to resize like on GAF.
Just a little thing, not a priority whatsoever, but aesthetically the icons/pictures going onto a new line is a bit bleh
like so:
Unless this is just on my laptop/phone because of screen size. idk.

First of all thanks for all your hard work mate
Crazy feature I had in mind, and I'm pretty sure it won't be feasible but might as well throw it out there: getting notifications (or email notifocations) when someone quotes you
I'll come back when I think of something crazier

Not that crazy. In fact, we worked out that "who quoted me" on our database system is no performance strain at all. I just need to write the query and with that I can do an email notification. The crazier bit is that we discussed doing Push Notifications :P

Incredible.
And thanks again for "go to last unread". I'm loving the forum now thanks to that.

Of course. I'll be rolling out more features over the next couple of weeks. Unfortunately I only have nights and weekends to work on this.
So there's at least two things I've stumbled upon that I'm just putting here.
This error I've been getting on the regular. Using a netbook on Windows 7 in Chrome. It didn't happen the first day here but since the second day I've been seeing it multiple times. No idea what causes it. Only happens on here. It says that Shockwave isn't responding by the way.
I would love it if you guys could make it like on GAF that a thread that you've read changes color. Now I can't see if a thread was edited. So I usually browse the homepage on mobile because the homepage at least shows who made the last post.
I'd also love a subscriptions page, but that might be something for later.
Anyways, still really impressed by this website. Such a shame I don't have my usual laptop at the moment so I can really test it. This netbook just sucks :P

Sounds like that error is caused a rogue advertising banner which is running Flash. Have you tried upgrading to the latest Flash player?
Noted on the read state. I can add that in easily.

Oh that explains why I didn't had that problem at first, I had adblock running the first day :P
And I borrowed this netbook so I wasn't planning on downloading all sorts of shit on it. But I'll check if I can find which version of shockwave this thing has.

Sometimes I get errors after attempting to make a post, can't do so until I clear cookies and browsing history on Chrome.

Whoa. What kind of errors? I haven't seen any server-side ones come through.

By Prototype ViktorThe sports section covers up the login on the default .Com url on my Nexus 7 when in landscape modeI need to do a proper tablet pass.

Beating a dead horse here, but I think everyone is gonna like the new editor. It makes a lot more sense, it will improve multi-quotes, and there won't be any weird formatting nor UX issues. I'm stuck on inserting images atm, but I got a solution in mind.
By RBKIt's not on this site, redirects me to a different link.
This...sounds broke, but not a site issue.
can you make it that search comes up with the newest posts and not the oldest? unless i'm missing a button.
By Diprosaliccan you make it that search comes up with the newest posts and not the oldest? unless i'm missing a button.
Just noticed that, search results are set to ASC.
The go to last post button from the home page seems broken for me. Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn't. Sometimes it doesn't even send me to the last page of the thread.
By rodeoclownThe go to last post button from the home page seems broken for me. Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn't. Sometimes it doesn't even send me to the last page of the thread.
I implemented a new "Go to last read" post button. So if you are clicking on a thread you are reading for the first time since Friday, it will take you to the first page of the thread. Otherwise, if you've read the thread since Friday and are visiting it today with new posts in it, it will take you to the post you last left off at.

Add a separate button for "Go to last read" on the home pages so people know exactly what the feature is and how to use it.
You might have to cook up a new icon for it. A bookmark or an open book symbol maybe.

This makes sense, but I preferred it when it just took me to the most recent post.

Noted. And that wasn't humble at all. ead.

Possibly will introduce two buttons as per Forever's suggestion.
By reiloYou could even add the button inside threads too. Sometimes I read old pages and want to jump forward.By ForeverA humble suggestion:

Possible inspirations:
I want to avoid the confusion that they'd be subscribing to the thread or bookmarking it all together, which some of those icons might.
By reiloI want to avoid the confusion that they'd be subscribing to the thread or bookmarking it all together, which some of those icons might. How about a less horrible version of this which is grayed out unless there are new posts?
By viakadoDid I not say less horrible? I said less horrible.By Forevermental note:
*do not let forever do any graphic design for me*
its like you picked the shittiest image and had the slightest inclination it was a good image to use.
take the L

Go to last read is looking great and working a charm. Thanks relio.
By ForeverNote that I didn't say equally or more horrible, I was very specific. When Michael Corleone says to take the L, you gotta take the L.
Quote notifications would be sensational. Like, some kind of red number alongside of the nick on the left bar.
By psychintellectSo we're gonna get another button for most recent post right?Yea, just gotta write the function since it's technically different.

There seems to be a bug in viewing this site on IE. I goto the home page and login, it's fine. When I click on the forum the reply page is already locked on the screen blocking the view. I'm trying to upload a pic of this, but no matter what forum I visit it pops up.
I will say that it happens on a work computer, and not the home one.

By reiloWhich version of IE?I think it's IE8 (not in the office). I need to find a free image hosting site, gimme a bit of time. I'll upload the pic.
the search field on mobile is still broken. not the functionality but the field itself. (android 5.0, chrome)
