By noal Go To PostFantastic work reilo, it really is appreciated.I can confirm this happening to me too.
Just a small problem I have been having for a while, not sure if it is my end or other people have experienced this but, sometimes the page doesn't finish loading on mobile so that when I come back to refresh the page I can't do it because the refresh button is a cross.
This is on android 6.0.1 using Chrome. No biggie because I just press home and go back to it but just wondered mate.
Hrmm, not sure what is up with that. Latest version of Chrome mobile has been supremely buggy and even outright broken. Chrome 48, for example, had broken anchor tags and massive rendering issues. Shit was bananas.
Will research. I use Chrome on iOS and haven't experienced that... they should be the same these days.

I have a teeny weeny complaint. I like to browse the internet with two side by side half-sized windows for multitasking and shit. This update broke the automated resizing a tiny bit. I guess the thread-covers should jump to the top of the page at 960 pixels width at least.
I'm never switching browsers ever again. Nothing but pain and tears. It's Pale Moon. One of those Firefox spin-offs.
Oh my, I don't know that one. It sounds like it's running on an outdated version of Firefox.
This is what it's supposed to look like:
(taken from Firefox)
I'll download the browser and test it out to see if I can patch it easily.

By reilo Go To PostWhat browser are you on? That looks like a flexbox issue and your browser doesn't support it.It also happens on tablets or at least on my Nexus 7. Using Chrome.

By reilo Go To PostCan you get me the Chrome version?48.0.2564.95
For what it's worth it also happens on Cyberfox. A more up to date Firefox spin-off, or that's what it looks like to me.
What's the Early Access option for?
Don't be, Pale Moon is the best browser.
By Baconsaurus Go To PostI'm sorry I'm using all these hipster browsers

By no fun allowed Go To PostWhat's the Early Access option for? It's used to enroll in features that are in beta and not open to everyone. Messages, for example, as under such flag. It helps me gather better feedback from users as they use it earlier on. I will notify everyone as I release early access features.
By reilo Go To PostWill mess around and see what I think.
Thanks Emperor reilo
I was zoomed out too much my bad, not perfect but way better than the above screencap.
Version 48.0.2564.116 m
Version 48.0.2564.116 m
Scales perfectly in Safari by the way for what it's worth.
Reilo putting in work, why I don't know... but it's appreciated.

This is what I think the front page is supposed to look like. I have to set chrome at 75% zoom. Not an issue with the site, Windows 10 scaling is just complete trash when it comes to certain screen sizes(13.3 inches in my case)
It is an unreadable frontpage in Chrome browser at more than 110% zoom. I looks beautiful on my phone though.
Okay everyone under a 1248px resolution please check now. I made a responsive snafu, but it should work as intended even with zoom beyond 110%.

would love to get the front page uncategorized.
i always liked seeing different topics at the top, now i will never scroll down to entertainment ever again.

Yes you will :)
We moved away from the uncatogorized listing because of a big performance drop off.
Plus, from a UX perspective it exposes threads from forums that don't get as much visibility, too.

i used to check out threads at the top to see what's happening and participate, i'm not gonna scroll down for it.
i just won't. i already hate scrolling down to find this topic.
but i understand your reasoning.

Maybe 5 topics per category instead of 3 on the front page. 12 threads on the front page is kind of a small amount.
By Slizz Go To PostMaybe 5 topics per category instead of 3 on the front page. 12 threads on the front page is kind of a small amount.Yeah that might make up for no recent threads for me.
Maybe change the position/size of the subforum titles and description so you can see more threads without scrolling
do 4 topics per category as the left frame is the "5th" even tho i don't believe they follow a category
Is there a reason the favicon doesn't show up when I add the site to my tablet/phone homescreen? I get a red square with a white S rather than the one I can see in the tab when I visit the site.

By reilo Go To PostNot sure, I only have one icon defined.I guess it's Android making an icon out of the first letter in the URL. It works OK with a few other sites I just tested (GAF, BBC, Reddit & Wikipedia).

Same thing is happening on an iPad I just tried but rather than an S it just shows the webpage in the icon, probably due to the different ways iOS and Android handle these things.
Devices I've checked it on are
*Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition - Android 5.1.1
*LG G2 - Android 5.0.2
*iPad Air - iOS 9.2.1
It isn't a big deal so don't worry about it, just something I thought was worth mentioning.
New update looks great btw.
Yea, once I have a real logo I'll actually spend time implementing real favicons which will solve these issues. I'm not overly concerned. Thanks for checking that out! Good info to know.
