I've noticed that sometimes it doesn't remember that I've read a thread and sends me to the first post. Don't know what is causing it but it seems like it mostly affects newer threads.
I noticed that but haven't been able to track it down what it is.
I'm gonna work on the UX of the editor on mobile. What I implemented clearly isn't doing what it needs to do so I need to take another proper look at it.
Alright, pushed some changes to the editor up. I haven't been able to debug the paste issues yet, but that's next on my list.
I'm hoping this fixes some weirdness, especially on mobile.
Please let me know if this improves anything!
Some new problems I haven't seen before. I randomly can't paste anything into a post, and trying to add a link doesn't work because when I click on the red bubble to add the link it disappears instantly. Sometimes pressing Enter doesn't give you a new paragraph either.
Firefox on Windows.
editor doesn't work at all on mobile for me. doesn't trigger on high light and is buggy as fuck with it just popping up on any cursor/touch placement. LG G3 Andorid 4.4 latest Chrome.
also, the image insert button keeps blocking my view from what I type when I'm posting on mobile. The only time it doesn't obscure my view is when im editing a post on the mobile site.
I'm looking into the 6+ issues but it seems to be universal. I'm gonna test on my friend's 6+ and see if it's anything with the site I can do.
Haven't had any issues today with enter being disabled today.

By reilo Go To Post I disabled your ability to hit enter if you don't have any text first. Because why would you and it would allow you to post empty posts.
The only time I regain the ability to make a new line
is when I
quote a post first.

man this edior keeps bugging out on me. desktop or mobile. I qoute someone, paste something and make that a quote with the editor(took a couple tries). Now I can't type anything sice can only place the cursor inside the quote boxes. Windows 8.1, latest chrome.

easy solution, put iphone 6 and ipad in trash can and light on fire. shall fix the issue ;p
posting links is non existent on 5.x android chrome

Yes, reilo has done some amazing work on this forum but I think we should switch back to the old editor for now. It's a pain in the ass to post, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I wrote a huge post and the thing just tells me that I wrote nothing and I have to start over.
Quoting also is a major pain in the ass, you can't edit and quote other people if you posted already
