I'm pretty sure I went at length about this in this thread already, but it bears repeating. When we've had at least 4 of our starters, we've only failed to reach 100 5 times. Two of them were in 15+ point wins, and the others were Pelis x2 and Atlanta. Since the December trades, our offensive rating has been higher than Dallas' in that time and in the top 10 (on my phone, can't pull out exact stats).
Being forced to play the entirety of your third string roster (due to half your starters and half your bench being injured) compromises any system. In the space of a month, our season offensive rating has gone from bottom 10 to (almost?) top 15. Our pre-trade bench offensive rating was 28th, and post-trade has been in the top 10 (last time I checked), in spite of Smith.
But sure, it's less about several of our players missing a major chunk of the season and more about Morey running a stupid gimmick non-midrange offense.

MCW will probably log 40 minutes from now on with the Wroten injury so we will have to get him rest whenever we can

Everyone has injuries bro.
By VahagnNot the Clippers. They've been healthy all year, which makes their year so far all the more disturbing. If Chris Paul gets hurt, I don't see them winning a single game without him.By chandlerparsonsI'm pretty sure I went at length about this in this thread already, but it bears repeating. By HasphatsAntsFeels like one of these games that we're gonna lose.All-Star snub Kyle Korver forgot which team he was playing on.
By VlatkoCavs clicking on all cylindersYeah I'm surprised at how well J.R. and Mozgov have gelled with the rest of the team. Mozgov in particular seems like a great pickup.

By IWMTB19Millsap is the best player on a team that is going to make the Finals and is top ten in RPM.
He's not a bench player.
…And what does being undersized even mean if he's really good on defense and in the paint? How does it affect him? Blake Griffin is undersized as fuck, but it doesn't matter.
Millsap is not the best player on that team. Al Horford.
Being undersized might not matter out east where the only other scoring big is Pau. But out west where there's size all over the place (*1), it matters. We've seen what undersized counts for when the Lakers ran roughshod over Millsap & * against Utah. They've beaten many teams by just being a better team. But those teams that have outsized them have had guys go off for massive rebounding nights.
He's a good defender. He's certainly versatile. And he can certainly match up against someone like Love & Noah. Horford is the one who'll guard Pau anyway for that team. But being undersized will hurt a team in the play offs.
Blake is much more athletic, and bigger than Millsap. But being undersized has hurt Blake against certain teams. And no one is trying to make a case that Blake is good on defense anyway.
*1
Spurs: Duncan & Splitter
Mavs: Chandler & Dirk
Grizz: Marc & Z-bo (z-bo is only 6'10, but he plays much larger)
Portland: LMA & Rolo
Pelicans: Brow & Ryno / Asik
Kings: DMC & JT
...

Last time you questioned the knicks tank the lakers went on a win streak..... Don't question the purity of the knicks tank.
By HasphatsAntsMillsap has incredible hands and is top 15 in steals per game, a defensive category dominated by guards.
.
And is generally a terrible stat to use for defense as it shows little about the defense being played. Many times to get steals, you need to gamble. Gambling isn't good defense.
By viakadoIt kind of has to be with a score like that. Still, this game is amazing.By NobilityLeBron 0_0both?
