The Hawks and Czzz are both in the conference. We have nothing to play for except the outside chance of upsetting the Raptors as a 7 seed (and really, neither of our teams are that good), so we might as well balance out the league by making the Hawks a superpower.
Pistons and DyCats look way too energized to be denied, and we don't have a small ball miracle lineup with this squad with no Pierce/Blatch/Livingston.

Hope Batum was just a cautionary thing. If not, they'd be in the same predicament the Rockets were in earlier in the season (missing their starting frontcourt and another starter, leaving only their primary playmaker and 3&D to guy to hold the fort). It'd still be interesting to see a Lillard-led team, though, I guess.
