No, you started tanking when it became clear that Bynum wasn't going to make it. Doug didn't want to. But Management did. They didn't do anything to improve the team, and they pushed him out the door.
When you're making a playoff push, you make trades mid way through the season to improve. Sixers FO brass started the season wanting to make the playoffs, and mid way through decided to shut it down and tank.
You didn't get Nerlens Noel and MCW by having the entire organization trying to win a chip.

Delly has been dreadful recently. He is only good when he can hit open threes and the dude hasn't even been able to do that. He'll have his moments of pretty great defense. But they're are just moments. Feels like he hurts the team more than helps. No one really notices because the hole at center is so huge. But Cavs need a serviceable back up PG kind of badly.

Uh. Again. You can make a trade in the summer to try to get better, then mid way through a season adjust what you want to do. You're smarter than this. The Knicks this season are an example. The Lakers last season were an example.
2012-2013 wasn't as much of an outright tank as last year and this, and it wasn't a tank the whole year. But somewhere along the way the management wanted the team to tank, and Collins didn't. That's where the friction was, and that's why he resigned.
The last few games, Knicks haven't been running the triangle. It's mostly PnR stuff. Still shit. They need to get back to running the triangle so they can learn the more subtle variations and see if guys Early, Wear, and some of the young guys can pick it up.
I would legitimately give Anthony Bennett away. If that's at all possible. Just take his salary this year and the next and he's yours. I don't want anything, it's cool.
