Does Brooks realize that he pretty much ended the game calling that TO there?
Gonna be hilarious if it is is a 2-3 point game with 3 secs.

By kjackWaiters and Westbrook a combined 8 for 28.They gonna drive Durant out of town.
They're forming a black hole in OKC.
You know this to be true OKC fans.
This Thunder team has no direction. The roster is a mess. You'd think they'd play or get shooters to surround KD and Russ but yet Brooks is playing Waiters and Roberson more than Morrow or even lamb. There aren't enough basket balls for KD, Russ, Reggie Jackson and Waiters to share. The west keeps getting better and a lot of this reaction is from KD and YNB missing time but I'd really would have liked to see where OKC would have placed if they started the year healthier.

Stotts, what happened to your brilliance?
Blake, Barton and Dorrell Wright playing major minutes together? What the fuck.

By jjasperI guess he did since he pulled Westbrook and KD.Norris Cole and Hamilton for Reggie Jackson and Jerrett
OKC needs to trade Jackson and Perk's expiring now
who says no?
apparently KD doesn't give two fucks about reggie either!
By HasphatsAntsFUCKING LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLI think this will be very useful come playoff time lol.

By jjasperI guess he did since he pulled Westbrook and KD.For who? I don't even know who's out that's a major difference maker enough to vault them over New Orleans and Phoenix.

I don't think expiring contracts have much value anymore, either, and they haven't for years. It's a nice thing to talk about, "it's an asset," "it's flexibility," but when has an expiring contract actually begotten another player of real value of late?
I was burned by this years ago, when the Wolves got Theo Ratliff's carcass in the Garnett trade and I had to listen to Kevin McHale talk up the value of an expiring deal for months before they quietly waived him. There's not much of a market for those pieces anymore.
Dumb fucking rotations tonight. I've never been down on Stotts before but fuck.
Damian, McCollum, Wesley, Wright and Robinson? What the fuck.

I don't know. They need a backup PG that doesn't give a shit if he scores and just plays good D and is a good passer since they have enough chunkers as is. And you can get somethings for expirings now that tanking is so prominent. Grizz did get Jeff Green for Tayshaun's.
Austin Rivers continues to play solid basketball. Bizarre.
Edit: Still, this feels like another loss. I've seen this story before.

damn. The all star snub is having the opposite affect on Lillard's shooting I thought it would have.
Warriors-Suns playoff series will boring as fuck, GS can easily sweep them, Suns as inferior team had serious mismatch problem against Warriors on top of that.

That's one way to compile negative winshares.
By thekadCanaan you're making everyone on clutchfans look badIt's weird. I feel like he just turned into Troy Daniels 2.0. The thing is, I saw him start. I saw him keep up with Tony Parker and Chris Paul. I saw him hold down the fort without Beverley. It's a shame all the confidence he should have built from those experiences has seemingly evaporated.
Calderon would solve all of OKCs problems... or Houston's or Detroit's. (Someone please take Calderon)
By BranduilCalderon would actually make sense on OKC.
He would make sense on the rockets too, but I am almost 100% sure Morey wants to go after Dragic this summer.

yeah good game, obviously i was expecting a loss
Our Achilles heel is just super athletic young teams, particularly ones with good guards. Phoenix and Toronto are both teams that I automatically expect an L. I honestly think we'd give any other team in the league a fun series, but those two teams would humble us real fast. 4-1 losses mostly likely.
I don't understand why you guys have such trouble with Chicago though
blog a bull "signing pau gasol was a mistake"

Rarely see an SB nation blog with such raw talk
I'm pretty much against that sentiment though. Gasol has flaws, but the defense isn't bad because of him so much as because Joakim has nothing left after giving up his body last year. He's always been their anchor defensively and he's been shit this season due to fatigue and injuries.

By psychintellectdamn. The all star snub is having the opposite affect on Lillard's shooting I thought it would have.
It's the exact same as it's been all month, he's not breaking out of a month long slump over one piece of bulletin board material.
Say what you will about Kobe being a volume shooter, he hasn't had a month like this till this season.
So either something's wrong with Lillard physically or he's regressing pretty bad.
And people forget that he didn't start the season strong either.
RT @ZachLowe_NBA: OKC since KD came back on 12/31 is 21st in points per possession -- tied with the Wolves. The team just isn't right, even when whole.
Brian Shaw three days ago: "My players are lazy sons of bitches, it's not my fault, it's all their fault, because they're losers."
Then the Nuggets trailed the Hornets by 30 points at home right after that.
Truly the most inspiration coach our of time.

Waiters is still somehow averaging 12 shots a game on shit percentages combined with a salty Reggie Jackson. Westbrook is officially the teams first option now as he's leading the team on FGA.
Basically the entire team has taken on YNB's identity. Waiters pickup was a hilarious mis-step. I'm really interested in seeing who they bring on to replace Jackson.
TLDR: Absolute keikaku
Thunder need to go on a 59-ish win pace from here on out just to tie the Suns, and that's assuming the Suns are on a 46-win pace to earn the 8th spot:
RT @ZachLowe_NBA: @JordanBrenner No one said anything about panic time. But they're 23-24, need to go something like 25-10/24-11 rest of way.
RT @ZachLowe_NBA: @HPbasketball Yup, I do the math every morning. Why I've stopped using the 48-49 wins from last year. PHX has been around ~46 for last week
