There are things I won't comment on because I'm clearly in the minority there, so I'm willing to give it the shadow of the doubt, but Mad Max is in fact a very mediocre game and Blood and Wine is worth it. Yes, the quests aren't as good as Heart of Stone. Is it still better than most expansion packs? Yes.

I'll underline what I actually said since you're having a shocker
1) I never said Mad Max as a whole is GOOD, I said the car combat was fun, he'll spend most of his time in the car thankfully.
2) I said Blood and Wine was worth it for the amount of content it has, but compared to HoS...meh, the overall story was legit bad and very few (handful) of side quests were memorable.
It being better than most expansion packs is irrelevant.
