Look up Owl cafes. There's one in Shinjuku, one in Ikebukuro, and others. you can go look at owls and have them sit on your arm/shoulder/head. You have to reserve a time slot in advance though.
Definitely go see Kamanarimon in Asakusa. And Google if there are any fireworks and or summer festivals going on. That could be fun.

Most memorable bug was when I finished a cutscene to go into a race and found myself underwater without a chance to surface or press the start button to reload the game. Watched Geralt slowly drowned to his death. It wss creepy as hell.
