By Francis Go To PostWhatever happened to Julian Green? Not good enough and he got a Januzaj attitude.
People hyped him up too quickly, he was obviously not getting more time on Bayern and was not doing enough at his loan station.

By Xpike Go To PostCuadrado strikes me as a soft ladFraudrado, innit.
Good for some flashy dribbles, hilarious dives, and very rarely some creativity.
By flabber Go To PostFraudrado, innit. He still belongs to Chelsea, doesn't he?

By Francis Go To PostHe still belongs to Chelsea, doesn't he?Too expensive for Serie A. Too useless for everyone else.

Then again, Kyle Walker has a career there…
I saw some article that us soccer growth is also stunted because it isn't the game everyone plays, you don't see poor neighbor kids playing it on the street with trash cans, which means talent can't get discovered like the rest of the world
By Phlebas Go To PostIs James ok ? Can't watch the game anymoreGot subbed off. Looks like a dislocated shoulder or something like that.

Under some obscure law apparently stuff like sell-on clauses are illegal.

Bradley has been stealing a gigantic wage for years now. Toronto FC is fucking brain dead I hate my local club.
By Perfect Blue Go To PostHere's The Guardian article in question if anyone is interested: https://www.theguardian.com/football/2016/mar/16/why-cant-america-develop-a-soccer-starYeah, I read that the other day. Pretty much soccer is a sport for white, suburban kids whose parents can afford the high fees to train at clubs. Sucks.
...
This USA team has no personality man. Bruce Arena's team was blunt, but had tons of heart.
Klinsmann must be a dead man walking at this stage.
Making millions of dollars for this? What an absolute mockery.

Sucks. There's barely any effort from the team, combine that with nearly zero ability to actually do anything valuable and it looks like this.

Looking at the player sheet just shows how fucking horrible that team is, when players like Jones,Bradley,Yedlin and so on still are regular players.

Woeful. Absolutely dreadful.
This game did not satisfy my football needs.
Can't wait until next weekend and the start of Euro 2016.

By Scum Go To PostUSA are going to finish bottom, aren't they?Considering that the two remaining teams are Costa Rica and Paraguay...
Undoubtedly.
Talk of Euro favourites reminded me how glad I am that Spain aren't an international juggernaut anymore
No idea who will win it, could easily be Germany, France, Spain or Belgium
Hope Belgium aren't as tedious as they were 2 years ago

We'll see. Host advantage will give the US a boost at some point. They might just sneak through with 4 points.
By Francis Go To PostSpain were horrendous throughout the qualifiers. They will reach the quarterfinals at best.Something about them though innit
Obviously they were atrocious 2 years ago, but there must be some of that magic left from when they were easily the best
