also he was in way too many ads back in 2008, I got tired of his mug.
By n8 Go To PostHe imbued both clubs with winning mentalities and carried them on, set templates and evolved their play, and coached good players to become better. It's no surprise you hardly find any of his former players that moan about him because they all know he's improved them. Massive rebuilding job to do at City as well. Not as easy as one might imagine.
But he isn't a man. He is a fraud.

Original Ronaldo played for Barca so I guess they don't hate him as much, and he went to Inter first so he isn't exactly a Figo figure.
Original Ronaldo at Barca is still the most destructive season I have ever seen.
Shame Italy killed him.

but yeah, he couldn't handle 90s Serie A, eh?
I mean, it fucking crippled the one true GOAT Batistuta, the dude can barely walk now (literally). http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2740426/Argentina-legend-Gabriel-Batistuta-begged-doctors-remove-legs.html
Pep is a great coach, but he has taken ready made teams and kept them winning.
He has never built anything up, which for me is the test of the top tier.
I rate him above Jose, but nowhere near Fergie's level.
I had hoped he would have gone to Roma or Arsenal. Good teams, but with a lot of work to take them to the status that they should be at.

Really sad to see what happened to Batigol.
Even Vieri had leg problems, no?
Benzema "I have more than 40 million fans on social media and they said that people don’t want me. That’s ridiculous."
I don’t know if the decision was Didier’s or the president’s but what I would like is that they make the decisions (themselves) and don’t bow to pressure.
‘And I think that’s what happened. Having said that, I am with France and I wish them all the best.’
By Bold 2 in One Go To PostJose did take Porto to the top though…
Still a team that could outspend its nearest rivals. The CL triumph is still an amazing achievement, but remember that was a season that saw Deportivo, Chelsea, and Monaco be the other SF teams.

Watching POI 10.
Gosh, the music from heat is playing when Al is driving through the traffic to meet up with Bobby D. That tune is so good. That scene is one of my favourite ever.

The only players that "moan" about Pep are the ones he fucked over.
Eto'o, Ibrahimović, Villa, Gomez, Mandžukić...
I certainly see a trend in there.

Julian Draxler reveals he “would’ve been happy to join Juventus and agreed terms, but they didn’t strike a deal with Schalke.”
The creative midfielder had been the number one target for Juve last summer, but eventually joined Wolfsburg for €36m.
“During the year I looked upon Juve with curiosity,” Draxler told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“If in October, considering the results, I thought I’d avoided a potential banana skin with the departures of Andrea Pirlo, Arturo Vidal and Carlos Tevez, I must admit that in hindsight it would’ve been nice to win the Scudetto and Coppa Italia.
“There was a lot of criticism at that stage, including for Paulo Dybala, but the quality of the side emerged in the long run. For example, in my view, Juve deserved to go through in the Champions League against Bayern.
“I would’ve had a lot of fun playing for such a strong team with people like Paul Pogba and Dybala. There is a calmer atmosphere at Wolfsburg and the media pressure is easier to deal with too. That’s why I decided to come here, to grow in a relaxed way.
“It was an honour that Juventus wanted me and tried for so long to get the signature. It is a club I had always followed with interest.
“In August there were several different meetings as they tried to reach an agreement with Schalke on the transfer fee. I had agreed terms with Juventus already, as far as I was concerned it was a done deal, but the two clubs couldn’t agree.
“At the last minute Wolfsburg sold Kevin De Bruyne and contacted me to replace him. This is a big club that won two trophies last season and it gave me the chance to stay in Germany.
“Wolfsburg and Schalke agreed terms immediately, so I decided to accept that second option. If the negotiations with Juventus had been shorter, I would be in Turin today.
“I needed something new and my growth process had stalled, so I told Schalke I wanted to leave and to listen to any offers that arrived. I knew they expected a lot of money, but I was clear in my desire to be sold.”
Juventus have offered Henrikh Mkhitaryan €4m per year wages, but he is asking for €6m from Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham.
Dani Alves reportedly signed with Juventus last night in Los Angeles.
It’s reported his representative will inform Barcelona of the clause activation either today or tomorrow.
Meanwhile, Dani Alves posted a cryptic message on Instagram today.
“What does luck mean to you? For me it is the meeting between opportunity and preparation. And bad luck for you? For me, misfortune is sitting on the couch waiting to get lucky.”
True that, Dani, we make our own luck. ;)

Hopefully another Coman. As in signed for 0, netted us 30M€. If he turns out to be good and wants to play for us, that's okay too.

I read a bunch of quotes not weeks ago with players and Bayern officials absolutely praising Pep, saying how he's improved them. I am only regurgitating the shit that people that have actually worked with him have said, instead of braindead buffoons from across the world.
I wonder what our plan C is regarding signing a 'top' midfielder. Pjanic and Gomes seem to be Draxler-style dealings. The first will more than likely go to Barca, since they'll have no problems whatsoever paying the buyout close, the second is either United bound or ... United bound. The Mascherano thing was obviously just a negotiating tactic from the player / his agent. He ain't going anywhere.
Aware of this, the media have already started shifting their focus to Mikiteriyaki, since he's apparently 'refusing' to sign a new contract.
Gonna be a long, disappointing summer m8s.
