We expected those here for Gaf 2.0 info to more or less focus on RE when it launched. We were more than happy to help people find and stay connected with their e-homies. The mods here and the slaent community in general know what it's like to have your community blown apart by bad moderators.
Slaent isn't gaf in any fashion and lots of people obviously wanted that fix, we're happy for em. We're also happy to see some of those new faces stick around and make slaent a little bit more fleshed out.

I just want to say thank you to the site admins/mods and the community here for welcoming everyone. I am not on Reset but I'm not sure where I'll post more. Slaent has a great look and features are being updated but Reset seems to have the active community I enjoyed on gaf. Either way, thanks all.

What the GAF drama taught me is how dependent I am on GAF. I have no interest in taking side in any of this. It's good to discover another forum and community. I will definitely keep coming back.

Both ERA and this place have forum and thread functionality that make GAF look and feel archaic. I don't hang out too many places on the web but I didn't have a clue how far behind GAF was on a technical level until yesterday. There's really no comparison to be made.

True. Though this site's custom design is on another level compared to any other forum out there. It's fast, it's sleek, and it's scalable. I'll give resetera kudos on functionality, but it won't be as flexible as SL&ENT when it comes to improving UX design.
