It's become a stifling, overly PC, hyper sensitive echo chamber over there. No matter how polite, respectful, reasonable, articulate or thoughtful you are in your posts, if you have the slightest hint of dissent that isn't in line with the social justice agenda or the absurd, thought police force that acts as the mod staff, you're just asking for trouble. It's a damn shame too. But hey, maybe it was time for me to leave and move on.

Hello all! I used to post on gaf a couple years ago but no longer post there just read now. It's pretty intense and I don't really play video games all that much. I don't plan on getting another console for like another couple years 2017ish so the whole gaming side is useless to me. Off-topic is a little much at times. I hope this will be a laid back experience, I like the layout will take some getting used to though.

Hey, I'm one of the people in the Facebook group for GAF that was invited here. I prefer smaller communities like this, GAF is so overcrowded they can afford to ban people for the worst reasons and I was one of them. Like someone else said not here to spread GAF drama so I'll make this the only post where I mention it.
