EDIT: In conclusion, they were running the Triangle like shit and opponents knew how to pressure the Knicks and disrupt them. Even now with them running it "better" it's basically a stripped-down version. Defense currently is STILL poor and Derek Fisher says he's trying to cut down the rotation i.e. "half these guys are shit and hopefully will be gone next year".

magic went 3-2 on a western conference road trip...they won 4 road games all of last season.
team is 1.5 games out of the 8th seed, have played the most road games in the league and have had a brutal schedule over the past month (warriors x2, clippers x2, raptors x2, zards x2, cavs) and have had signficant players miss time.

I like the Wolves approach to the year. They aren't tanking per se.. but they are using young players and getting them groomed up. Good year for them to be bad too... lots of big bodies in the next draft for them.

Let's be real here, the Knicks' big trade this year (if there is one) would be something like trading for JSmoove and encouraging him to shoot more midrange jumpers that I cry at while watching Smith 2010 highlights.
They're in this tank game with us and the 76ers. I mean, shit, the Knicks haven't even had to suffer through Bargnani yet and Melo hasn't missed many games. This isn't even their final form of bad. I just hope the Jazz get some lotto luck and end up with Towns...
