yep. theres a japanese lady down the street who runs a spanish restaurant and if I text her before hand she'll usually open it up for me and put games on the projector to watch together.
otherwise, there are places like HUB, which is where foreigners and trashy japanese ladies who want to get fooked by foreigners go, and they usually play football matches. then there are fan clubs, etc. but since most of it is in the middle of the night (the cl final is like 4am), there are not so many opportunities to watch it without doing some due diligence before hand and finding a place to go.
i usually just watch it at home. i pay $10 a month to a Japanese service that streams every PL game live in HD, and there are about 6 live games on TV. I usually set the laptop to stream one game, the desktop to stream another game, and the big screen has whatever is most appealing on that weekend lol
