He was among those players in our horrible last season, that wasn't injured and had a pretty horrible form.
That's why Klopp used our bench keeper Langerak for quite some time and under Tuchel, Weidenfeller only played in the EL.
He stabilized and is a decent backup now, but with his age there won't be a major change.
It wasn't Klopps fault.

Both Horn who was already rumored to get to Pool and Karius are really great keepers with still alot of talent left to develop.
Due their age a bit of flaws here and there will be also natural, but certainly both players I would go for.
I mean there are also keepers that are a bit further with their development, which is nonsense to pay for though.
