I played a lot of Demon's Souls and Dark Souls 1, but I don't think the pace of the game works for me, sadly. Not talking about the die/repeat aspect either, but the way you move through the world. I also don't like the whole, well, I don't want to call it platforming because it's not, but the traversing through traps and thin ledges. I think Dragon's Dogma is the lesser game, but the fluidity of the action works better for me.
