By Hitch Go To PostFuck these crabs, man.some will drop by again later. It's amazing, it gives you the feeling that each is on their own journey
Oh, wrong thread ¬¬
There's so much going on in the hub, NPCs appearing and vanishing all over the place.
By Bungie Go To PostAny of the pc boys manage to sort out the aliasing?
Don't have it yet but I'd assume DSR is pretty much your only bet.
Oh btw, this game's co-op system is fucking trash. Absolute trash. Bloodborne did it better. Ring a bell, sit your ass down and wait.
Now you have to stand around like a dickhead and hope you get to the summon sign fast enough. Or else:

the best bit about this bullshit is how it locks you out of changing your Covenant item, using a bonfire or putting down your own sign for minutes after a "UNABLE TO SUMMON PHANTOM" message.
Dark Souls 2 did these far more competently.

Unrelated spoilers.
On another note, how come dipshit me did not see this invisible path on the rotating platform in Anor Londo. Miyzaki pls.
Edit,
I completely missed the Irithyll Dungeon. Managed to beat Aldrich though.
Good fucking job.

Shame considering how inconsistent performance is
Still fuming about the fog gate at firelink shrine

First time I tried going back out there, there was no load time. Takes like 20 seconds now.
Do you not get a soul from the first boss?
By n8 Go To PostFive bosses down. In my rankings, two good ones, three okay ones so far.you've yet to meet the GOATs, don't you worry.
the first GOAT is coming up

yeah that asshole got me good too. wasn't really sure I could solo him but it was worth it in the end.

Without spoiling anything, can anyone confirm I've not missed anything yet?
*Beat Iudex, Vordt, Cursed Tree, Crystal Sage and Demons of the Deep
* Met Rosaria, Siegfried (and his thing down the well), the silent knight and her mate, some woman who says next time we meet we'll be adversaries, Patches… can't remember anyone else
* just opened the big stone door in the swamp
Anything I should check I've done? In vague terms?

Nope, you're doing GREAT. But you just inadvertently picked a side in one conflict
that woman was Sirris of the Sunless Realms, and she's directly opposed to Rosaria and her covenant. So you won't be seeing her storyline any time soon, but that's okay, because now you get to see Leonhard's storyline! The guy that was leaning on Lothric's chair in Firelink. He gives you the key for that locked door you were talking about down the High Wall of Lothric . Horror awaits, n8.
You missed out on Sirris's covenant though on this playthrough
the sensational news is that you're still on course with the dynamic duo's, Greirat's, Hawkwood's, Onion Knight's and Yuria's storylines Greirat is the jailed thief and Hawkwood is the depressed guy in Firelink
as far as bosses go, you still don't have access to the optional ones.

those fucking arrows D:
go as light as possible (70%>) and use your fastest weapon. I went in with my Sellswords +6 and burned through his HP quite quickly, without even using a shield. Stay close to avoid his beams and for the arrows it's just a matter of sprinting away briefly (but not too far away or else he'll beam you to oblivion :lol)
My strongest weapon was actually a heavy sword, but I could only get in a swing or two at best before he disappears!
By Yurt Go To PostI know you guys killed him already but for next timeThat makes sense. I went with a cleric attire for magic defense and weight.

Totally missed the miracle lady locked in the cell too lol. Went back and got her.
Not sure how I' gonna deal with these ugly beasts in profaned capital. I just run.

I went down there, with the dark armour bloke?
By n8 Go To PostI went down there, with the dark armour bloke?Yes! The next step of this quest will come later.
that was a Darkwraith btw. Evil as fuck dudes from DS1 https://36.media.tumblr.com/7e3b79f3b2ec39f5f1b99ff2079965e2/tumblr_nf0p2cyXMM1tj0i2po1_500.jpg
forgot to say but making armor work like bloodborne aka not upgradeable is a really welcome change, makes fashion souls much more accesable
I wish i got more titanite shards tho. I'm just rolling with a fire broadsword +3 because material is so scarce i'm afraid to switch to a weaker weapon that looks cooler ;_;

and after a certain point you can buy them off the old lady in Firelink
No idea what this dark sigil business is
Do you have to go through Farron Keep to get behind the door to the room with the big lizard in it?
Feel like I'm getting close to the first major boss

I'm loving it.
Did you do the church and the road of sacritices boss m8
Boss spoilers
Got abyss watchers down to second stage on first go, beat it on second. Pretty good fight, although nothing has touched a few BB bosses yet.

Switching between Great Club and Butcher's Knife. Eyeing up that Man-Serpent's Curved Sword, though.
joining the Blades of the Darkmoon covenant was the best decision in my life! Hate those invaders with a passion, scum ain't even worth to be slayed by my lovely dark sword but someone gotta do the job aight
The entire Farron Keep swamp zone can eat a giant bag of dicks. It's basically Blighttown with a better frame rate.
Poison wasnt that bad tbh, your health dwindles so slowly. The bug eye frog fucks with their gas can fuck off though
By n8 Go To PostPoison wasnt that bad tbh, your health dwindles so slowly. The bug eye frog fucks with their gas can fuck off thoughYeah, the poison was the least of the issues down there, thankfully. Tons of good loot lying around as well. But shiiiiit... cursing jumping frogs in an area where you can only walk and fatroll? That's approaching Anor Londo Archer level of assholery.
So far today I have found Seigfried down the well lol, killed the boss in Cathedral of the deep (dunno if theres another one tho) and gave Seigfreid his armour back.
Pretty good day for me

Its taken me hours to get through the Cathedral

By rvy Go To PostIs Old Demon King weak to anything? I'm using a Lightning Broadsword +5.if you're having a tough time with him use one of those +20% damage vs Demons weapons (you get one off that side-cave behind an invisible wall). Or summon the NPC to tank him for you!
By n8 Go To PostWikia? DisgustingI only use it after clearing an area to see if I've fucked up an NPC quest or missed a path.
The Darkwraith in the cell is a joke.
