The Rockets are the most fascinating team in basketball to me right now. It's like the team embodies the spirit of running out of fucks.
Even when Deron was here and just about getting fat and getting paid, the year Pierce slammed him for just being fat and getting paid and being a terrible leader, the year Brook missed 3/4 of the season, we underachieved to second in our division with 44 wins. Being sub-.500 with the same roster as last year +/- a few months of Josh Smith is all kinds of messed up.

I mean I know the deal was made but the commissioner has to do like...something. It's just such a god awful thing for the fanbase.

it still doesn't make sense how rocket ended up. In theory they were suppose to be even better this season with lawson and now they might miss the playoffs which is even crazier.

i just realized Lebron was watching a Spurs vs Jazz game from 1991 last night and not the GSW vs Spurs game.. weird.
Tony Wroten believes he will be the Knicks starting point guard next season, according to Marc Berman of the New York Post.At least it'll save money on the position once Calderon gets dealt.
Wroten, who will turn 23 on April 13, signed with New York as a free agent on March 16 after being waived by the 76ers. After tearing his ACL in January of last season, Wroten has continued to suffer from setbacks. The Knicks are taking a flyer on Wroten, as they continue their search for a penetrating point guard who can defend the perimeter, which he has proven to be capable of, when healthy. Prior to the Knicks game in Philadelphia on Friday, Wroten was asked if he expects to be the starting point guard when New York returns to face his former team next season.
"Without a doubt, without a doubt,'' Wroten told The Post. "I'm working hard. That's what I want to be. That's my mindset from here on out. I want to help my team, and I feel I can help them and learn from them in practice now watching Carmelo [Anthony], Jose [Calderon], [Langston] Galloway, Kevin [Seraphin]. They brought me in like family. I'm already comfortable with the team and I haven't played a game yet or practiced. So I'm definitely excited."
By Dark PhaZe Go To Postgod Wroten's stats are complete ass
Yea I don't get the optimism surrounding him or the deal NY have him. He can't shoot very well and has an ok amount of assists for a PG with that high of a usage rate. He gets to the FT line but it's due to his ball dominance and then he shoots a terrible percentage from the line.
There's a couple guys in the D-League I'd give a shot to ahead of Wroten.

Wroten is crazy fun to watch....
but yeah thats about it. Dude puts his head down and runs through walls and if stopped throws 360 spin move passes into the crowd.

Diehard what am your prediction of celtics in east playoffs but giri Said isiah tomas am bad lol korean papangu girl
Wroten won't be rhe starting point guard. Phil trying to get Teague and Rubio this trade deadline shows that, despite what people think, he's smart enough to know you need a starting caliber NBA PG, if not a hyper elite one.
Whats crazy is that Hinkie joining Sam Presti in OKC would be godlike. Draft God joins forces with Trade God. Just as long as Hinkie stays in his fucking lane, he could be a great assistant GM focused solely on trades.

Celtics could be out in the first round or get to the ECF.
The East playoffs is full of just above average teams.

Pics there. Probably just let whomever the hell stay and or do stuff during parties.
I'd be mad if Wroten played 15+ minutes, let alone starts.
Edit: Damn Jerian Grant had a terrible season too, thought he did better than THAT

Grant came on late once those clowns started playing him, I'm cautiously optimistic about his development going forward.
God no to Brooks. Thibs or Messina are the only answers. Someone who can hold players accountable. Crazy that the one year Morey didn't tinker was this. McHale had to go though. I stand by that.
By Moris Go To PostThibs + Harden is a deadly combo for Houston.as in they will kill Houston? yeah probably.
By masud Go To PostIf Wroten is our starting pg next season…I kinda know what you mean, but after Calderon... I'm kinda putting faith in him getting un-Hinkied'. This dude has no jumper but somehow routinely gets to the rim, that is a talent.
By Moris Go To PostI'd be mad if Wroten played 15+ minutes, let alone starts.Hey Fisher and Rambis had the young kids Vujacic and Calderon to look at first. Grant is too old to steal minutes from them.

By shun Go To PostWho is to say that Harden and the team will still listen to their new coach? If Harden leads a cliq who won't listen to Thibs, every member of that cliq will be traded. All Thibs would need is the role players and defensive guys to buy in; Ariza would definitely listen and so would Jason Terry. Assuming Dwert doesn't get magically traded he'd buy in too with the promise of more of the offensive load.
I never liked Wroten. Don't understand the love for the guy. He had like a hot month but I swear he ain't anymore impressive than some d-leaguers.
By DY_nasty Go To PostI never liked Wroten. Don't understand the love for the guy. He had like a hot month but I swear he ain't anymore impressive than some d-leaguers.He's a pure stopgap whose deficiencies in theory would be marginalized by playing in a system where he isn't the primary ballhandler. The plus is he's 6'6 and isn't the sieve Calderon is, that's all. Dude isn't even as good as Ish Smith IMHO.

i have a strong feeling brooks is the leader for the job. really morey needs to be put on high alert tho
rockets were unwatchable for me this year. multiple people i talk to said the same thing. they were fuking awful to watch. i usually make it to 3-5 games a year, and had no desire to spend money on these dudes for the 2016 season.
hoping for them to officially bow tf out of it and get this season over with.

No star player would ever get ejected for that unless there is a premeditated act beforehand.
