All the dude did was pick the next guy up, regardless of position and injury history on the NBA.com "best player available". Any homeless bum could have done that. He also failed to get any truly special people with the plethora of non-lottery picks he had these last 3 years.
Dude should have assembled the best scouting and drafting department in the league by far. He should have landed 2-3 truly amazing players out of the lottery that no one else had figured out. U wanna keep tanking? Fine, bench or trade them. But u can't tank for 4 years and be a terrible drafter. That's fucking incompetence.
Dude picking Okafor when Lakers picked D'Angelo in a draft as deep as this was so pathetic. Then picking like 5 more centers? Dude is the worst drafter since Kahn.
