They won't be able to add much at all without selling. I don't know the exact figures, but let's say they get an extra £100m to their revenues for next season. Can they go out and buy 3 £30mil players with that? No, as there are lots of other costs to considrr. Wages for that type of player can be 100k a week. You have to pay signing on fees, agent fees, and budget for various bonuses that may be in the contract. Such a transfer can easily rise to £50m just for the first year. So could they buy 2 30m players? Again no. Leicester are a small club with a limited wage budget. Chances are there is a careful structure with top earners taking at most 50k a week. As soon as these players see a new guy come in making much more than them they'll be asking for big increases commensurate with their squad positions. Especially the in demand players who will have huge offers from elsewhere. So one extra player can have a massive effect on the entire wage bill and basically eat up the entire extra money they've generated.

The worst part is that if they don't make some big moves then the likes of Mahrez would probably want out due to the lack of ambition. They'd have to do extremely well with their transfers to be in a strong position next season.

It isn't a matter of needing to sell them -- the players do have a lot of say in the matter and if Kante has a release clause, there's a good chance some of the other players do too. Leicester won't want to completely destroy their wage structure and if Chelsea or PSG come in and offer Kante £200k a week and Leicester offer him £80-100k, he'll push to leave.

These players understand that there isn't any sort of guarantee that Leicester will keep this level of success up and they'll never have the same spending power as the big 6 clubs in England, even if they have wealthy owners. You take the pay day when it's available.

This is what it's like to play at Benfica, Porto or Sporting and have a stellar season. You make the papers and everyone assumes you can be had. And they're mostly right. But we'll see. It's going to be an interesting summer.

their stock might also never be higher than it is now. next year theyll be in 3 big competitions and its gonna be hard for them to keep it up.

if they all stay it will be as shocking as leicester winning in the league in the first place.

Leicesters owners have deep pockets and the new TV deals will give them extra cash not to mention money from advertisements, UCL,etc
They can definitely afford to keep hold of their players it's totally up to the players whether they want to stay or not.
