I am fighting the throne watcher and defender. Gonna go after vendrick once I have done the DLC
By Yurt Go To Postdid you loot a dagger? Spam L2, you'll walk x 4 faster. Or just roll around (your equip burden should be less than 70% for you to roll faster)
the poison is incredibly tame in DS3 compared to DS1, it hardly does anything.
The whole area sucks ok. I am done. Time to finish life is strange.

if you kill the boss after them, the game ends
Incredibly vague but CRITICAL tip on killing Vendrick: his defense and attack are x 5 stronger if you don't have any Giant Souls on you. You can get 5 by killing the Ancient Dragon among others (you need to teleport to the past).
the Ancient Dragon dropping a giant soul implies that he's a 'fake' dragon. so Aldia has actually succeeded in creating one, madness.

I always feel bad when I go OT a bit so here we go
-Berlusconi may add a clause in his deal for the sale of Milan (to the Chinese) that may let him retain control of the club's transfers. It's unlikely they'd accept because they don't want anything to do with Silvio's "Italian Milan".
-Inter is selling 20% of their shares to Suning conglomerate, another Chinese group. The same group that owns Jiangsu Suning who signed Guarin, Gervinho and Sissoko.

guys i know you were all talking about the witcher 3 like a year ago
but
i picked it up again after flapping around in white orchard for a couple of hours and dropping it in May
and
it's incredible. best game i've played in years.
Is Dark Souls/Bloodborne comparable? I'm nowhere near finishing (chillin in Novigrad at the moment) and don't even have the expansions. But I want more shit like this.

ask Nathan, since he's better with words than me, and since it was his first Souls game and I imagine you're on the same boat as well.
As games though, The Witcher 3 was a phenomenal, one of the best I have ever played, yet Bloodborne was still somehow a tier above. That impending sense of dread you get while exploring the world of the latter cannot be replicated

They are not much alike at all.
For me the Witcher is quite a bit better, even if the combat is not. But they are very different.

this shit is so complicated.
I started the DLC. Seems I can do the one in the shrine of winter, but not the one in the iron keep. forgotten where the third DLC is lol
fuck me. straight away there is a boss and it is invisable lol
I decided to go explore, is there an item that will help me against the dog???

Yeah, don't fight the dog now, because you can't, keep exploring.

Oh ok.
What is left past Vendrick? The queen???
Vazquez and Gilardino are fucking tragic.
Everytime Vazquez gets the ball he tries the most idiotic dribbling, usually straight into two defenders. Every time Gilardino gets it, it's offside. Quaison the only one who looks like he got a bit of a brain up there.

Interesting. I'm a bit of a pussy/don't have masses of time to pump into learning every intricate mechanic of a game just to stay alive for more than a few minutes at a time... Would Bloodborne still be worth it? Love everything about the art and world design that I've seen, just worried I'd be frustrated with trying learn how to actually play it.
@Shanks
yes.
in each DLC you'll fight a queen of some king.
actually, for plot related reasons you really really really shouldnt be doing the third dlc first ππ but its fine, fuck it.

It is the only key I have.
I wanted to the find the caves you said, but a phantom kept respawning. Plus destroying those statues and other monsters felt like a chore.
BTW, I am quite surprised, you said the game would take twice as long. I think I am currently sitting on 43 hours. Can't be 100% certain because I didn't quit once and when I put it in rest mode it kept me in the game so it added 14-17 hours or something.
The game feels bigger, but after the initial difficulty I experienced it seems to have gotten easier. Most bosses are done without 1-4 attempts.
I hope I can finish it all by next weekend.
HAHAHA the cameraman likes those women that Wooden posted earlier with the kid

To be fair, not like much is going on in the match itself.

These games have a high learning curve, but after the few initial areas they are piss in terms of actual difficulty. I remember thinking the first boss in BB, the Gargoyles in DS1, and the Pursuer in DS2 were all impossible. However, once I had beaten them then everything just clicked.
If you are willing to have challenge for the first ten hours then you should give BB a try.
edit: and no they re not comparable.
Let me put it like this.
I have a mate who owns ds1, ds2 and the witcher.
He only gave the Ds games 2 hours before giving up. I think he has played TW for about 100 hours.
He also bought BB, no way he is gonna finish that.
By Woodenpapangus Go To PostHe sure does. :lol

Again he showed them lol
Morganella is actually retarded. He keeps going through the back of players, when they are on their way off the pitch. The second time they get a dangerous freekick from that ffs.
Rumours that we'll double dip for Lacazette and Umtiti. Could definitely handle that.
Some cover at CM/DM, and I think we'll have a pretty healthy squad to be in and around the top 4 again next season.

Will you've picked a great time to come on board the Witcher 3 train.
The Hearts of Stone DLC was incredible and the final add on Blood and Wine is out soon and is supposed to be even better.

The most amazing thing is that Rispoli had a good cross there, he actually looked like a footballer and not just a random man who had wandered onto the pitch. What a weird time.
Maresca has been a real positive today. Thought he would be a disaster in there, but kind of the only player showing some standards.

I've been combing the reddit for more info about it ever since I started really getting into it - just a bit gutted I missed out on all the chit chat at its peak last year. The Bloody Baron is my bro.
