Nik FURY Stauskas
Don't care if he starts or not. It'll just be nice to have something at the SG position after getting nothing from there last year.
He's Klay #2
How did Dwight foul out in a preseason game?Probably because the refs called over 80 total fouls LOL.
Sounds like a bunch of retarded refs. It's the pre-season.
I said we have the toughest, not the best skill wise. Big difference. How is Lens broken finger by the way?
LOL
Grizzlies laugh at your front line as "tough". Nene is an absolute bitch, and gortat is a major pussy.
Honestly, the Morris twins are a tougher (physically) front line.
Lens finger fkd again. I actually have NFI how bad it is though.

morris twins aint shit and adams and perk are a primary reason why Durant will be taking his talents East in a year or two

Gortat dropping 31 and 16 on Hibz is making him look like a player?
West is the one that ate us in that series. But last years rotation was ass, I love the additions of Blair and Hump.

Hibbert looked dead and washed up versus the Hawks, who had one legitimate big the entire series in a much smaller Paul Millsap.
Your memory is shit if you conveniently forget that Hibbert dropped 28 and 9 on your bigs. Then followed it up with 14/6, 17/9.
The entire talk of the Pacers/Hawks series was whether Hibbert needed to be institutionalized.

can both of yall eat a dickYes, KD will flee Adams (one of the most promising young centers in the league) and Perk (who might not even be in OKC in two years) so he can play with a 34 year-old Nene and a 32 year-old Gortat.

That logic checks out.
Miami Heat center Chris Bosh raised some eyebrows Tuesday when he said he hasn't talked to LeBron James since he returned to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

They were coworkers, not BFFs.

The only reason Hibbert was completely useless was because the Hawks are one of few teams with a stretch 4 and 5. They completely pulled him away from the rim making him useless defensively which is all he's good at. It's why Teague feasted in the lanes--court spacing was unbelievable.

That's one way to say that your two best bigs suck at defense.
Byron Scott sucks at coaching, go figure:

For comparison:
Spurs: 21.4 3PA - 39.7%
Blazers: 25.3 3PA - 37.2%
Mavericks: 22.9 3PA - 38.4%
Warriors: 24.8 3PA - 38%
League average was 36% on 21.5 3PA
Though D'Antoni liked his team's high volume of three-point attempts (24.8 a game at a 38.1% clip), Scott was happy the Lakers had only 10 attempts (making five) on Monday in their preseason opener against the Denver Nuggets.
"Our game plan is really to get to that basket," said Scott after practice Tuesday. "I like the fact that we only shot 10 threes. If we shoot between 10 and 15, I think that's a good mixture of getting to that basket and shooting threes.

I hated that Flip doesn't seem to want the Wolves shooting 3s.
Then I saw that first preseason game and remembered that we have maybe three guys that can make any.

Yea, but the Lakers do have the personnel and they were a top three-point shooting team last season. To get rid of that based on some old-school philosophy is gonna be lulz-worthy.

You have two of the biggest bitch made bigs in the league. There isn't anything "tough" about your frontline. Both Gortat and NeNe are well known for avoiding / out right hating any contact at all.
It's nice to come up with fellatious terms in the pre-season, but that one's hillariously off base.

Not buying this. No way the team with Nash/Kobe/Swaggy/Wes/Kelly/Clarkson/Ellington/Lin shoot under 18 3s. No fucking way. They won't shoot as many as last year, though, cuz Meeks is gone.
But if they do, Scott won't be around for long. And Scott sucks at coaching, we all know this.

That made me raise my eyebrows too. We have no dominant post bigs. Our big rotation is Davis, Randle, Boozer, Hill, Sacre. There's no way this Lakers team doesn't shoot 18-20 threes a game. That would just be nuts.

They won't shoot as many as last year, though, cuz Meeks is gone.If he does instill that philosophy then it'll be lulzworthy. It's one of the few areas that the Lakers are really fucking good at, so to take that advantage away is crazy. Not to mention they'd be even worse in transition defense because there won't be anyone to space the back court with the "attack-the-rim-at-all-times" plan.
But if they do, Scott won't be around for long. And Scott sucks at coaching, we all know this.
I envision lots of Kobe ISOs.
Scott is really a coach for an era long gone.

I don't think he's that bad. he's certifiably mediocre. I'd rather have him than Dantoni or Brown for sure. They're going to do a lot of Kobe post ups - which if he's still super effective down there, will open up a lot of 3 point shots on the kickout.
If he's not, it doesn't matter what this team does, they'll have no legitimate first option
NBA Rank has Rubio as the 73rd best player...and in the breakdown of his stats it says he averages 2.4 APG.
Nik FURY Stauskasgave up swaglemore?
Don't care if he starts or not. It'll just be nice to have something at the SG position after getting nothing from there last year.
He needs to be consistent on defense because his offense is so limited. He's got shooters ADHD and rushes stuff he should take in stride. If he was consistent on D, I could deal with his helter skelter offense.
Stauskas is just natural on offense. He's gonna be trash on D as a rookie though, so someone needs to stop the opposing SG. If Ben wants to retain his minutes, that would be where he should focus.
NBA Rank has Rubio as the 73rd best player…and in the breakdown of his stats it says he averages 2.4 APG.There's a lot wrong with that list.

I just watched a Carlos Boozer practice report interview for today, and the chick standing behind him the entire time looked pretty gorgeous to me, never seen her before!

Markieff had a great year* last year actually. But it wasn't so much talking up the Morris twins, it was talking down the NeNe / Gortat pairing. Particularly in regards to "toughness".
*(13.8ppg. .486 FG%. .315 FG%[not amazing, but his lowest mark yet], 6rpg in 26.6Min for a 3rd year guy. Where a lot of his touches came in isolations in the post.)
Amare's footwork looks amazing and quick. That spin was beautiful.Yea he looks ok so far. Thard still looking good.
JR Smith looks like shit.
1) Offensive flow is much better than I thought it'd be.
2) Heinson is insane
3) JR stepback is nice, putting ball through his legs and bricking the shot in mid-season form.
4) Dalembert looks active
5) Fisher in full evaluation mode, scrubs getting lots of minutes.

How's the Triangle looking Knicks-age.It depends on who is playing center. I will say that they seem to be experimenting with all the bigs in the post running it. Aldridge looked great running it, Amar'e ok.
Knicks time. tank practice brehs. I forgot knux's boy turner is with the celtics.
My brain spent like 10 seconds trying to figure out if that was Derek Fisher or Lenin.
