Shut up.

MCW and Noel have to learn how to play NBA basketball this year.
Rose only played the first half tonight, but he looked decent. He wasn't forcing and the shots seemed more natural than when on Team USA. So glad to have replaced Boozer with Pau. Pau had more blocks tonight than Boozer might have his entire Bulls career.

Kobe farewell tour starts tonight!doesn't he have another season on his contract?
The Wade farewell tour started on Saturday.
Edit: The Nash farewell tour truly started tonight.
Randle looked promising, Clarkson wasn't hitting much of anything but looked comfortable and I think could still surprise if he gets playing time.

At times i think the business of the site has just got larger than EL is prepared / can handle on his own.
But ...... yeah, some of it is a bit dodgy.
the lakers are such a weird team, only realised this after seeing them play.

I also haven't paid much attention to gaming for a while, so I haven't even heard of the gamergate thing until this post. It was....well let's just say entertaining.

I know i'm against a few things though. Moral corruption or lack of integrity in journalism. Harassment. And Organised media blackouts of media criticism.
There's a whole lot of not good going on there, from both sides.
I don't see how Wizards improved this off-season:
Ariza - gone, replaced by Paul Pierce. Pierce turns 37 next week.
Martell Webster - just had his THIRD back surgery this summer and is talking about retirement.
Nene - How many games will he play?
Dejuan Blair - What will his impact be?
Wall - Has he learned to shoot yet?
I guess I can envision Bradley Beal making a really big jump, but will that be enough?

You're forgetting the fact that our playoff team wasn't the team we had until the all-star break at best. We piled up a ton of losses as a result of having a non functioning bench in which Vesely, Seraphin, Eric Maynor and Garrett Temple were regular rotation players.
Ariza vs Pierce is a wash. Pierce isn't the defender that Ariza is so you give up points there. But you also have a guy who can play the stretch 4 in spots, who can create his own shot and who can get to the line. We'll be much more dynamic offensively.
Our front court rotation is leagues better than last year. I think we have the toughest FC rotation in the league. Nene, Gortat, Hump, Blair, Gooden--that's an exhausting rotation to face. Our new bench wings are Rice Jr and Porter and I think they are going to be good players.
So yea, its a better team.
I'm not as hyped on the Pelicans as others are.
1.) Davis is overrated right now. He's still not the offensive cog, which means the offense is up to those guards.
2.) Injury prone players tend to remain injury prone.
3.) They feature 3 ex-Kings that were a part of the misery of the Maloof years. That sends me bad vibes. If you're playing John Salmons then it's a struggle.
4.) Asik should help but I am not sure he is enough for a ten game improvement.
I would take the Pistons Over for win totals though. Good coach in a weak conference? He can maybe even get the team to sniff at 40 wins.

I don't know if one freaky neck injury after two seasons with no injuries is really "injury-prone." Jrue had never missed more than a few games a season before last year either. Davis has gotten huge this offseason too so he'll probably be sturdier. Reke and Gordon will obviously get hurt, but they're not good either.
And Davis averaged 24.4 PPG in March and think that might be offense-cog level.

Bulls: Under
Pelicans: Over
Bucks: Over
Lakers: Under
Pistons: Over
The ones I feel pretty confident in.
Bit surprised here. Bulls were a 47 win team and get Rose back and add in Miritic and Pau (over Boozer which at worse is a wash but at best a bit of a gain). Now, I'm not saying they're getting 55 wins but the one thing we do know about these Bulls under Thibs is they play super hard and try every game and win more than their true value as a result. A 7 win improvement is no where near out of the question. They've won 60 before without a team really that good.
I wouldn't bet under on the Bulls just because Thibs is an overachiever and sacrifices health for wins.
Pistons is a scary over to me. Seems the line will be close to their win total.
I think the Nets will be under. 38 win expected W/L, no more pierce, Lopez, AK47, and Deron can't stay healthy. That team might bottom out.
Also think Phx overachieved but I wouldn't put money on the under.
It's not really a point production thing that makes a player an offensive cog. Davis just doesn't have the offensive set yet. He gets points due to length and playing off of others. He can hit a mid-range jumper from the side. That's his game, but it's not LMA level or anything like that. He should be strong in the pick n roll, but the offense remains reliant on the guards with AD cleaning up. So that means they have to rely on guys like Gordon and Reke, who tend to get injured so there's no continuity at guard.
Blake was the same way until his passing improved. He would go invisible when Paul went out.

So he's Magic era Dwight with a jump shot?
I usually think IWMTB overhypes fools like crazy, but he's right on this. AD is nuts.
