Low Post Lopez having a strong finish to the year. Really thriving down the stretch, hopefully he can play close to this level next season.

that feeling when you want to win but want an L to make sure phil is not dumb enough to keep rambis.

Scorched earth. No one survives.
By vic Go To PostThat's messed up.The tank rolls on!
That's such a tough fallaway 3 by Redick and he swishes it. Now that's a guy who was humble and reinvented himself with alot of hard work.

By giririsss Go To PostBut that's a stupid statement. In Minnesota for the past 4 years - who? He's competed against no one.
Lots of other players in other positions can run an offence. You can even run it through other players entirely.
But everyone is better when he's on the floor.
Knicks are fucked regardless. not much you're gonna do when you're starting Sasha and Calderon in 2016.

I mean for the foreseeable future. If Melo is no longer good enough to put a team on his back and score 30 whenever he wants with ease, they're screwed. During their 54 win season he won the scoring title. If he can't even take over games routinely any more - Knicks need to find a primary option.
Even in situations where guys like Kobe, Dirk, lebron, KD, etc aren't winning the scoring title but are winning lots of games, they can get you 30 any time they want. That's SUPPOSED to be Melo.
By diehard Go To PostI think the triangle is just stifling his production.
Jordan, Kobe, and Shaq say hi
Last year clearly his knee was an issue. This year it's a combination of recovery, his shooting percentages, and kind of being checked out some nights.

A general sentiment from last night among Pels media is that the Grizz do small market team right. From fan promotions to the way the team plays hard all game, every game to the way the team slogan dominates conversation about the team.
They have built a real strong team identity and fanbase there and NOLA wants that.

The Grizzlies say PG Mike Conley has Achilles tendonitis in addition to his left foot soreness and will be re-evaluated in 3-4 weeks.
vic..
Conley out 3-4 weeks :/ basically the rest of the year. We are going to win like 3 more games this year.
Phil Jackson said that Tony Wroten (knee) "needs a lot of medical attention" and likely won’t play this season.Interesting... he's healthy enough to play, but Knicks are basically giving him 4 months to rehab and get back to 100%. That way he can be ready to summer league (where he gets "Triangled up"), and if he does well there he gets a training camp invite. Surprisingly forward thinking, the guy has the size you want out of a Triangle guard and somehow has survived without a consistent jumper. He might be a good backup.
"He’s a big point guard, a tall kid that can do things," Jackson said. "Our process is going on, it’s a little underground, a little beneath the surface but this is one of our desires, that we have to have a penetrator and we have to have somebody that can handle those roles." The Knicks' plan is to evaluate Wroten during the summer league, so they're simply taking the cautious approach here.
By jjasper Go To PostPretty big deal for the D league since they are going to have a team in the NBA playoffs this year.Doesn't that mean that Dave Joerger is actually a pretty good coach?
I have to admit he has done a great job with what he has to work with the last few weeks but this year has been filled with really questionable decisions. I still can't figure out why the hell he thinks Ryan Hollins is a good basketball player.
Also his answer to everything used to be Jeff Green. So getting rid of him has sliced a lot of his problems

He partially tore his ACL over a year ago and has been rehabbing since September. Even played some back up minutes in Philly in December.
Sounds odd, good for him that he's being given time to get to 100%, but the timeline looks fishy to me. I don't think NY would give him a 3 year deal without a thorough medical check, so its probably alright, just seems off to me.
If Thunder lose tonight (@SAS on a back-to-back), they'll be tied in the loss column with the Clippers 😷
By Moris Go To PostHe partially tore his ACL over a year ago and has been rehabbing since September. Let's not get him hurt in a meaningless game" kind of thing. Also I guess they want to focus on finally giving Grant minutes, it's stunning to me how he isn't getting 20 minutes a game minimum at this point regardless of his play.

Conley is out huh... sigh. I kinda excepted this tbh. What's going on with ZBo, Wright, Vince and Birdman tho. Need them for the playoffs.
BTW, the only injury that will potentially break me is, wait for it, Matt Barnes. He's literally one of the biggest contributor on this team.

Source confirms Griz will sign guard Ray McCallum and center Alex Stepheson today to 10-day contracts using injury exceptions.
