I like how Whiteside seems to be progressing but the guy is still totally allergic to passing the ball and still tries to post up too much and pouts when he doesn't get it.
Joel Meyers elevates Above The Rim stating that Kevin Durant will leave Oklahoma City if they don’t make the NBA Finals, according to his sources. Also, the Golden State Warriors will not be Durant’s #1 choice.
hmm
Kevin Lipe @FlyerGrizBlogYep, we're getting that L tonight.
Jordan Adams out. Marc Gasol out. Tony Allen probably still out. Brandan Wright out. Chris Andersen out. Mike Conley out.
By Kabro Go To PostDurant would be a good fit in memphis.I see KD and Curry being teammates in Charlotte.
Edit: TA is in:
Rob Fischer @thefishnationStill getting that L.
Tony Allen will return (knee) for @memgrizz tonight in Cleveland. He has missed 8 games
Rob Fischer @thefishnationOh god. NO ONE is playing tonight.
Along with Mike Conley (foot) and Chris Andersen (shoulder), Matt Barnes and Zach Randolph won't play tonight for @memgrizz at Cavs
Time to let Lance play free.
By Dipro Go To PostKD should come east, he would be stupid not to.
Again I think KD in Bos would be epic...
By Dipro Go To PostKD for BG wo says no?Pretty sure the Thunder already said no
BG is coming home.
By blackace Go To PostAgain I think KD in Bos would be epic…truly would be, they could even land Simmons with that BKN pick, do a Cleveland and go for it.
By blackace Go To PostPretty sure the Thunder already said nook, they'll just get him for free then.
By Dipro Go To Posttruly would be, they could even land Simmons with that BKN pick, do a Cleveland and go for it.Simmons could be a full-time PF.
I wonder how Cleveland would look if they hung on to Wiggins for a year
By Dipro Go To Postok, they'll just get him for free then.they can't stop KD leaving if he wants to leave...I doubt he will be seeking a long term contract anyways... maybe a LBJ type contract
By blackace Go To PostSimmons could be a full-time PF.Could they have waited for Wiggins?
I wonder how Cleveland would look if they hung on to Wiggins for a year
Even still, the only elite skills he has right now are finishing around the basket and drawing fouls. Not that I'm like ready to trade him.

Wiggins would be a lot better on a team where he is the legit 3rd option... and Tristan is a decent enough PF... they would have mad cap if they didn't trade Wiggins...
By blackace Go To PostWiggins would be a lot better on a team where he is the legit 3rd option… and Tristan is a decent enough PF… they would have mad cap if they didn't trade Wiggins…Luckily for Wiggins, he'll get to play with Towns for the next decade and won't have to worry about totally carrying the offense going forward.
I just want him to not do anything for Team Canada, spend all summer with a shooting coach and come back with a 3 point shot. I don't think that national team stuff is helping at all, though I get why he does it, obviously.
By DY_nasty Go To PostWhen a guy's best games in years come after a team has forfeit the season, you can safely say he's shitdon't worry, his 5 double doubles in a row probably mean he aint shit.
By Kabro Go To PostDurant would be a good fit in memphis.I really like Durant in Memphis or Utah.
Utah particularly. Move G-Tyme back to SG.

Nash should be there at the training camp for Canada. He could certainly help him on his shot. Though there are probably other specialists.
By rodeoclown Go To PostLuckily for Wiggins, he'll get to play with Towns for the next decade and won't have to worry about totally carrying the offense going forward.I don't think he'll ever be a great 3 pt shooter... If he could become a 30%+ shooter that would be big.

Just saw that LBJ is shooting 28% from 3 this season 😂
By blackace Go To PostI don't think he'll ever be a great 3 pt shooter… If he could become a 30%+ shooter that would be big. Also, wiggins has the moves / skills to be a good first option. Or great second option. If he ever gets that range (even a mid range pull up would be an amazing weapon considering how people have to respect the drive).

That's been said about a lot of guys though.
But he's only 21, and already had his bday this year.

if he tightened his handle some it would open up a ton for him too... he has the tools to be amazing

bulls lost by only 1 point while steph got smoked by some guy named marcelo huertas
By HasphatsAnts Go To PostKD to Miami. Book itNot if Miami does something stupid like max whiteside. And I don't know, Riley has made it pretty clear that he wanted the ability to get into a room with Durant this off-season but if he pays that knucklehead the max then he can't even try to go after Durant.
So meh.
By Red Blaster Go To Postbulls lost by only 1 point while steph got smoked by some guy named marcelo huertasAgain at the end of the day no one talks about who or how much the Bulls lost... If GS ties or beats the record few will remember

The Grizzlies will start Mario Chalmers, Tony Allen, P.J. Hairston, JaMychal Green, and Ryan Hollins against the Cavs on Monday.... Cavs might just sit LeBron.
By vire Go To Postlol deadspin:I didn't notice any Miami fans complaining when LeBron was on Miami...

During an appearance on SiriusXM NBA Radio on Monday, Joel Meyers, the voice of the New Orleans Pelicans, discussed the possibility of Durant leaving the Thunder when he becomes an unrestricted free agent this summer.http://www.thescore.com/nba/news/973969
"I made some calls over the weekend. If they don't, I'm told if they don't at least get to the NBA Finals, Durant's gone," Meyers said, as transcribed by the Oklahoman's Darnell Mayberry. "Simple as that."
By blackace Go To PosthmmDon't give me wrong, I love Joel Meyers as our play by play guy, but when the fuck did he begin being a reliable source?
Sam Dekker @dekkerEven his rookie teammates are clowning him.
Found this on dwights iPad. Why this guy taking senior pictures as a grown man 😭😭😂😂
