By HateFootball Go To Postthat was decently entertaining. so many breaks inbetween though, huge difference in flow when compared to footy.Yeah, the games with fewer whistles are better. I hate dead-balls.

Pels may only have eight healthy players for tomorrow with only two of them being guards. This season isn't very cool.

"At some stage we have to start thinking about the future, looking at the future….."
"At this stage, like I said, it would be a miracle almost for us to make the playoffs. We really have to start looking at developing a culture and how we're gonna play in the future and figuring out guys on this team, how they fit into the system and if they're going to be able to fit in a system."

Warriors play down.
By DominicanPower Go To PostIt's like Gentry forgot they hired his ass to build on the previous year.Nah he tried probably longer then he should have TBH. Not sure I am sold on him after his first year but the injuries we have had are ridiculous. Not sure a single team could sustain the level of injuries we have and make the playoffs.
Glad he is seemingly on board with using the final time of this lost season to evaluate and(hopefully) tank.

By stro Go To PostGod can you imagine if GSW go 71-11, because of a loss to the Lakers. In March. :russ:you could easily blame the Bucks lost as well... shit happens.
By blackace Go To Postyou could easily blame the Bucks lost as well… shit happens.
On a road back to back after like, double OT the night before? That's a schedule loss.
I thought the heat letting the sixers get a six point lead in the 4th was a bad look but damn, warriors. thanks for making us not look as bad this morning.
By diehard Go To Postlol i know, Warriors have it so badcmon man let a man have his spin.
By masud Go To PostSounds like the Knicks are finalizing a deal with Wroten. Whatever.
I don't mind. If he doesn't chuck 3s like an asshat, he's a respectable 47-50% 2PT shooter. Also, having a PG who can actually rebound AND create 6 assists consistently is a major upgrade over Calderon's old ass.
RT @baskeballtalk So Rockets fans seem touchy today. If only your team's play was as consistent as your outrage.

I mean you could, but that game was on a back to back at the end of a 7 game road trip to a better team. Winning that game would have been a record breaking accomplishment too. If they miss that record bills record, the Lakers loss is gonna sting badly
Wroten is a cool guy but the tank fuckery is a lot to overcome. His whole game right now is throwing himself at the rim and if cut off throwing a fancy 360 pass ...into the stands.

Yeah, he's playing well lately. It's almost as if he needed to be embarrassed by having Amare start ahead of him so that when they asked him to play team ball he would take it seriously.
almost.
almost.

Word is 'no' and he signed a 3 year deal. Don't be surprised if his first game for NY is at the start of next season.
Man, its about time. Saw this just now on the AJC.

Hilarious how the city is bending over backwards for the Falcons and Hawks, but bent the Braves over repeatedly and then told them to fuck off when they left.

Wut, the Braves were the ones who wanted to leave.

It's a non-guaranteed contract, fortunately.
By HasphatsAnts Go To PostWut, the Braves were the ones who wanted to leave.
Why do you think that is? This is the exact thing the Braves have been asking the city for for YEARS only to be told "yeah, we'll think about it now where's our rent money?"

I like Satoransky a lot. He signed a 4 yr contract, but he can leave at any time. I'm guessing it's more a case of him wanting to stay where he just arrived last summer, he must enjoy the lifestyle in Barcelona. Some rumors are that he wants playing-time guarantees but I don't buy that.

Actually, why wouldn't he play this season? His injury and surgery was over a year ago. He's healed up. And the ACL was only a partial tear.

word is wizards haven't actually chased him that hard--i'd buy it because I can't imagine Ernie going with a draft and stash as anything more than a face saving move, so the fact that sato is actually held in high regard now puts him in a "bad" situation
