I really wanted to go to Miami this spring break :( fuck work and my deteriorating health
Tiestoooo? You lucky Bosnian

By Esch Go To PostIronic from Arda because he looks mostly average in that Barça side. When he does make his premier league move it'll be right to the midtable. I'm thinking Stoke.
So arsenal, then.
By rossonero Go To PostDamn, Miami is awesome. I was going to contact you, Slizz, but really there was so much to do and so little time. 10 days (really only 8 in Miami) just wasn't enough despite this being my second time in Miami and one of us even had studied at the U a whole year.Sick, yeah food directly on SoBe is very expensive. You drive 5-6 minutes on the expressway to mainland and can find same quality or better for a whole lot cheaper.
The trip started with partying for 3 days at Ultra and it was awesome. So much people there and everybody was so easy going and friendly. The only (very fucking) bad thing that happened was that the medic cart went past us on Friday with the medics doing CPR on a dude and I guess that it was that kid that died :( Nobody should die on parties ffs. Ever.
We missed about half of the things that we wanted to see and only had time to see 3 out of 7 stages that they had but at least I saw Tiesto, Eric Prydz and Van Buuren (two times) who were all so awesome.
We were living on a street next to Ocean Drive and the beach was even better than I remembered. The almost entire week was spent in South Beach, but we did rent a Mustang convertible one day and went to Key Biscayne and some outlet mall in Miami. The plan was to go to Key West (already been there but the road to there is really beautiful) or Universal Studios in Orlando but we didn't have time. The food was great, but I was expecting it to be cheaper. But I guess eating on South Beach and with this strong dollar compared to the Swedish krona it shouldn't have been a surprise.
On the way back we flew through the storm in UK and holy shit it was bumpy. Felt like we had turbulence for a half an hour.
TLDR: Went to Miami, it was awesome.
Been to Ultra a couple of times and its really fun when you don't have to pay for a ticket.
One person dying is the least its been in a couple of years IIRC
Pelle and Gomez both to score? +1000
Kane and De Jong both to score? +1100
England, Chile, Costa Rica to win? +400
I dunno where the fuck Bovada comes up with these 'soccer specials' but they never hit.

Nice Rosso! When the weather is not crap come to London, I'll show you a good time. Leave your headsets at home though, ok?
By FootballFan Go To PostI dunno, I usually do.It's pretty much a rhythm game, the combat I mean.
By Xpike Go To PostEngland will win, welbeck, Kane, vardy score 1 each
Doubt Welbz or Kane will play much if at all.
Yurt pls, don't invite me and then pull out before I can get in.
It's actually a good thing though, I'm supposed to do some learning for my exam tomorrow *sigh*

TBH, he wasnt even that much better than the rest of his herd at Atletico. Guy is making himself seem like some super ambitious and dedicated player. Is he? He left the hardman three a day training camps at Madrid to chill on the bench behind two guys with receding hairlines at age 29.
He'll be noshing on some kebabs in Stoke and then Galatasaray inside 5 years, and then you'll hate him for being unfit and not bothering to run anymore.
After the Suarez thing United shouldn't have Vardy anywhere near the club.
Although that would require the club to actually have principles.
So yeah. #WelcometotheTheatreofDreamsVardy

I hope Esch decides at some point in his life to learn Spanish.
To join in the suave banter of el clasico in Spanish.
It would also look good in his CV.
Imagine Esch going in to a job interview or to the latino ghetto to find his latina.
Y que hablo espãnol, mami.
Maybe even visit Slizz every now and then. I'm sure Slizz has picked up some Spanish.

By Slizz Go To PostI understand a lot more Spanish than I can speak.LeBron se va a poner a cuatro patas e volver a Miami y Dios Riles.
Bet you understood that, holmes.
By Slizz Go To PostLol, he'll have to grovel for Pat to have him back for sure.Riles will force LeBron to shave his balding hairline for good.
The sacrifice must be done.
Then a couple or 3 more championships for the Heat.
By Slizz Go To PostIf the US doesn't make the WC the momentum MLS had will completely deflate. People will still probably follow CL teams, but it will halt the interest of the casuals greatly.
USWNT dominating just isn't nearly enough.
Personally I'm not a huge fan of the USWNT. It sounds shallow but, the USMNT being a team full of immigrants, minorities, and people of different backgrounds make it so much easier to root for than the lilly-white suburb women's team

I actually forgot my Bosnian flag but had my little Swedish one with me. So many Swedes in Ultra and it was so many people came to talk because of the flag.

Ultra is indeed great fun, I liked the Carl Cox/A State of Trance stage the most of those that we saw. Carl Cox, Prydz and Van Buuren put up a great show in there.

Lol, I get mistaken for a Mexican all the time too, even by Mexicans when I'm at taquerias. I should lean into it a little.

"Honestly, I thought: 'If I play very well end up signing for Barca, because my style fits this team. If I [only] play well, I go to Arsenal. For my style, with the ball, playing easy, short, aggressive when needed, I knew I could get here to Barcelona."
By rossonero Go To PostTo quote Liverpool/Arsenal: There is always next year!Theres one consistent thing at Ultra; Carl Cox will put on a great show always.

Slizz, primo's pizza en Soth Beach es genial. O al menos eso recuerdo de mi último viaje, antes que mi visa venciera :(
Estuve justo durante el Super Bowl, estaba llenísimo de gente.

And yeah, I usually go during the week so the crowd is a whole lot less. Weekends are murderous on the beach, so many cars, so many people.

 our men's teams have always been full of white suburban dudes though. hell even the black guys are from middle class families most of the time. That's just the target demo of soccer in the US still. I've always been meh on a lot of the imports, mostly because you know most of them are just doing it cause they can't cut it for a German NT or whatever.

They all want to play for Mexico, man. Mostly. We have a couple Liga MX players in rotation (Orozco), but they aren't very good and what i said about "not cutting it" for a better national team applies there too.
Basically USA has to produce its own talent by improving its own systems, otherwise they will always be playing catch-up by trying to nick talent from other countries. IMO, that only really works for national teams negotiating from a position of footballing strength and tradition like France or Germany.
And the homegrown talent needs to not go to college if we are being honest.
4 years playing collegiate soccer doesn't help progress enough or at all.

Possibly, as long as you don't drag me to SB. Almost threw up when walking past there the other day to find a sofa that was comfortable enough for PL elite benchwarmers ie Hazard.

Liking these new adidas shirts - three stripes down the arms is a bit ugly, at least down the sides is hidden a bit.

I still don't know what's changed for RESI6 PS4, I just hope RESI4 isn't a port of the Ultimate HD PC version.
