bad in that it shows that the state has absolutely no plan in handling this and... i know national guard. its really just a bunch of kids and guys who don't want to deal with daily military life. they're not going to want to be there - but they definitely aren't going to be acting like these wannabe SF cops. they'll definitely be caught on camera saying dumb shit when pressed though.
