By ratcliffja Go To Post2 things: 1. Redick is still trash 2. LaVine is really goodthere's that anecdotal evidence again
By Omzz Go To Postwesley with a derp playI don't know why he got the shot, honestly. We desperately need somebody who can get a last minute shot. I had a bad feeling about this game considering how nothing this season has made sense. We're losing to teams we never lose to at home and winning in places we never win.
By DY_nasty Go To Postchris v lauren 2 lmaoYeah... that's pretty petty. Oh well, we shouldn't have been in this position in the first place.
Edit: Ha Redick is SO bad.
Losing Austin really hurt, but it would be nice if we had a reliable SG. He played just horribly tonight both offensively and defensively.
By diehard Go To PostLaVine is talented, he isn't really good. Big difference. No, he's athletically gifted.

where's brandui
at home it would seem
By DominicanPower Go To PostNo, he's athletically gifted.
I disagree...I mean he is gifted but he is talented too... despite being forced to play point he has made some nice strides... basically they need to move him to the 2 and let him grow into that role
By shun Go To PostIs he force to play point guard or does he seriously think he is one. that is the real question.Either way he isn't smart enough to tell the difference yet

They tired to shoe MJ into being a PG in 88 - 89 he averaged like 8 ast for that season... 6'5 to 6'7 is like the super wet dream height for GMs at PG...
but to answer your question yes he is being played out of position... I am sure he thinks he can play the point but players don't really get to decide where they play unless they are KG or something
By Dark PhaZe Go To PostZach will get a lot better if he can add muscle.
he is only 20 so if he has that desire he should fill out nicely
quite a tough schedule coming up for GSW
vs. Thunder
vs Rockets
then a 7 game road trip that ends with a @ Thunder, then a vs. Thunder right after that.
nobody has ever won out a 7 game road trip (technically it's only a 6 game road trip since it's all star break after the first one), GSW themselves failed to do so this year when they got their first loss in the last game.
after that they play quite a few non-contenders in a row, so if they survive this trip. 73 is almost a lock.

Nene is the first guy I've seen this year just out stronk Draymond. I'm not trying to toot dudes horn because he's basically done but what other bigs in the league are capable and flat out wanting to seek out contact in the paint and try to shatter the rim?
Randle but he's not skilled or strong enough. Maybe Blake but he's such a perimeter guy these days.
Legit question because I saw a weakness there for GS but not sure there are enough bigs that can that advantage.

By Dark PhaZe Go To PostNothing is a tough stretch for GS right now.well of course not but they are trying to not lose more than 5 games until the season ends.
in that context it's gonna be tough.

By Omzz Go To Postwesley with a derp playLavine can put the ball on the floor Ross can't. The only thing both have in common is that they are athletic. Lavine has the tools to be a star, Ross never did.
Lavine is jus a slightly better t ross
A lot of guys on the Wolves have the tools to be stars. They need a coach though. This would be the perfect place for Blatt.
prime bosh used to love the first step to the rim but he's a jumpshooter now too

I'd look into Scott Brooks if I were management. Number 1 thing with the team is player development and I don't know that anyone else has a better resume for that than Brooks.

By diehard Go To Postdeveloped Kemba into one of the premier PG's in the league thoughthe most wildly inconsistent 'decent' starting pg in the league
check his home/road splits.
still laughing at that article
Brooks develops three MVP candidates--two of which most scouts were simply "high" on, along with developing ANOTHER likely future all-star in Reggie Jackson?
naw, Phoenix is ranked higher--totally passes the sniff test lol
edit: even going by their other rankings--byron scott over brooks?
bruh
