It's setup so that you never need to leave the home row for any normal keypress (including arrows, page up/down, home/end, etc.). The optional foot pedals let you bind to whatever key stroke. So, you can use it for meta-keys like shift, ctrl, alt, etc. to reduce finger/hand contortion even more.
surprised i dont have carpal tunnel by now honestly–i should probably take preventative measures
The only big weakness I can think for that application is that you have to reach up to turn on/off the num-pad bindings. Or, you could just get an external num-pad, I guess. Like this:

I don't recommend it for anything that requires quick + precise movements (like fps games) but it is great for everything else. Much less hand/wrist/arm fatigue for long sessions of use.

By Dark PhaZe Go To Postlets be realI know. I'm not banking on an injury on anything. Just saying that's realistically what we'd need to beat them.

Yes. Great for typing imo as well. Write long-form and novella size stuff and love the feel of actual feedback on key presses.
Jimmah coming back to Knicks?
PDA is vp of business operations or some shit. Connelly is the GM and Malone's boss in Denver. I imagine he made sure PDA wouldn't be someone he is reporting to in Denver.

I literally called this back in October when he made it to our D-League team and played with Early. It was always obvious.
Knicks seem like they're over grant, at least this year. His basketball-reference ORTG is god awful, which passes the eye test of him bogging down the offense nearly every possession.
I have my doubts about Jimmer fitting in the NBA but I think it's clear they're completely over giving Grant 20 min a game this season

I liked Jimmer in college. But after seeing him a bunch since then.... Man, something is wrong with dude.
By DY_nasty Go To PostI liked Jimmer in college. But after seeing him a bunch since then…. Man, something is wrong with dude.He still thinks he is a #1 option in the NBA and refuses to work on things that will keep him in the league as a role-player. Like, he honestly believes that he hasn't performed well because his teams haven't let him be the lead guard for 25+ minutes a game.

too many red flags for me...nugs weren't a great job to begin with nevermind having PDA on board to boot--not sure how you say yes to that combo

he was a big target for the wiz and i was always like nah...guy should have been getting 25 ppg by year 3 given all the minutes he'd been getting from day 1--dude had played damn near every minute of college basketball that existed for four years

Needs to take a look at Redick and follow that same path.

It is weird, but players are tight with Malone so it's hard for me easily distrust him.
By Smokey Go To PostNeeds to take a look at Redick and follow that same path. The problem is that he thinks he shouldn't have to. That he should be able to play the same type of game in the NBA that he did in college. He thinks the only reason he hasn't been successful in that style is because teams haven't given him the consistent heavy minutes and ball responsibility he needs to play like that.
He does have some physical flaws that would make him worse than other Redick, Morrow, and <insert other="" spot="" screen="" shooter=""> in that he is shorter, slower feet, slower release, and not able to guard anyone on defense.
By etiolation Go To PostIt is weird, but players are tight with Malone so it's hard for me easily distrust him.Yeah, he earned Boogie's trust. That's... difficult.
shit Jimmer should have begged to join the sixers...he'd have gotten exactly what he wanted there.

At the same time, I got more respect for JJs game than just about any another Duke athlete. His IQ is unreal. I still think he could be an all-star easily if he just demanded the ball.

Psych if you're still looking at chairs I recommend the Ikea Markus, actually snagged a basically new model off Craiglists for half the price once. Isn't in your price range but it saves you money on your back being garbage. If you're a taller person and need lumbar support I also recommend one of these to go with: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OVCLBYW?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00

This might be more up my alley. Good additions like this attached to most cheapo office chairs would probably do the trick
By reilo Go To PostYea, good ergonomic chairs don't run for less than $400-500. Herman Millers are too real though. I want one.I have one, an aeron. set me back $800 or the best part of.
They're good. Particularly for long sessions of working at your pc. But i infinitely miss having a head rest, and there doesn't seem to be an official head rest add on to an aeron.
I sort of want to get one of these, http://www.needforseatusa.com/, to see how they compare. They look much more comfortable for leaning back and watching a movie / tv ep at the computer. But I have fallen for the mesh on the aeron, the airflow around your body is just so much better it would be hard to go back to a full leather chair

His biggest issue to me has been his inability to just play in the system. I know he can't shoot and he's not an elite defender, but that's the case with many rookies. Just make simple passes and simple cuts and keep the ball flowing.
For that reason I think he can do well in the future, and giving up Timmy Jr. for him is still worth it, but he's an net negative 90% of the time he plays right now.
On another note, it looks like Rambis is ramping up practices to far more intensity than what Fisher was doing. As I suspected regarding the piss poor offensive execution, he was talking about holding guys accountable when they were poorly executing during scrimmages which wasn't happening before. Could be a reason that the team hit a plateu and even regressed on the offensive and defensive execution as time went on; Fisher wasn't correcting bad habits in practice and letting it go in favor of rest.
Just got laughed at for saying I'd give Pau 40 million over two years on the wiz forum.
You pay a premium because you're getting all-star value WITHOUT the risk of being stuck in a long term deal. Even if he falls off a cliff, 20 mil a season is going to look like a bargain as an overpay compared to paying Dwight 40 million a year in the 4th year or paying Ryan Anderson 17 million a year for 4 years.

For what it's worth, Jimmer has been lighting the D-League aflame, averaging 22.3 points on 47.4% shooting (40.4% from three), 4.8 assists, 3.8 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game.
Obviously if he can keep these shooting numbers up, he can break the offense a little and go for his own shot. But considering the D-League Knicks run the Triangle, I'm hoping that he's learned how to play within the system and carries that forward to the Knicks - if he does and his 3 point shooting holds up, he's should be an upgrade over Sasha and Grant at this stage.
By Dark PhaZe Go To PostJust got laughed at for saying I'd give Pau 40 million over two years on the wiz forum. Here's the thing though, it puts you in a weird spot. Beal needs to reach that next level so you have 2 allstars, then you can do stuff like that and it makes sense. Pau is still playing at a good level and can certainly help a competing team get over the hump. But he's only there for 2 years. what do you do after that?

It placates wall and would be the most sensible move the wiz have made in a while. But i'm not sure how much it helps really.
I sit on the floor. Or on my bed.
I also can't play offense for shit and can only defend I guess. I was a swimmer.

Cousins
How little can you get a waived player for? Because if the Knicks can pick him up, he'd be a much better 3rd and 4th option big than O Quinn or Amundson are.
http://www.postingandtoasting.com/2016/2/18/11054662/once-again-phil-jacksons-knicks-did-not-act-rashly
Also, this is brilliant:
Phil has drawn criticism several times for presenting unrealistic expectations – Lord knows, people will never let him forget 2014's "I expect us to contend for a playoff spot" speech – but here's the thing: You shouldn't listen to anything that comes out of his mouth. It's all bullshit. It was bullshit in Chicago, it was bullshit in L.A. and it's bullshit now. Instead, pay attention to what the man does, the moves he's made as team president. Nearly every move he's made has been made with the future in mind. He drove the tank hard in 2014-15 once it was clear the team stunk. He drafted the ultimate Euro "project." And he has yet to trade away a single first-rounder.
The Knicks probably aren't going to make the playoffs this season, no matter how much Phil or Kurt Rambis say otherwise. The Zen Master has built half a roster, essentially from scratch. That's some pretty decent work. More importantly, Phil didn't take a wrecking ball to his project for the sake of an unreachable short-term goal.
What does that say for the Derek Fisher firing? Perhaps it had been in the works long before the New York's losing streak. Maybe he felt Fisher wasn't the right guy, and he decided to make a clean break – unlike what's happening right now in Sacramento.
The biggest lesson Knicks fans can take from these past two seasons is that Phil Jackson does not act rashly. He may not have a filter for that mouth of his, and he may be in love with his own philosophies, but he is methodical about building this team. And that makes him a tremendous choice to run the New York Knicks.
Also, this is brilliant:
There's exists in Logic something called the "Knicks Circular Fallacy." It goes a little something like this:
