It will be very sad for him, i have no doubts. But we can't continue stagnated like we are. Clubs are evolving around us, we have City, United and Chelsea who have been better than us in the recent past, Liverpool did sometimes as well, and Spurs might do it this season.

So yeah, we would probably lose the game vs Arsenal next week, but today has been really positive.

Depay will make it, barring serious injuries. He needs time to properly adjust his game in the league, knowing that defenders in the EPL come on him hard and rough. He had a great time against midget land because they, fortunately, don't play it rough enough.

It is surprising since he's the second best paid manager right now (was third when Mourinho had his job) and he's nowhere near the second or third best manager in the world.

Well being the best doesn't mean getting paid the most. Hell let's just look to China for a moment. I'm not surprised because he has been there for so long and has been doing a stable job there, and means a lot to not just the first team that plays every week, but arsenal as a whole.
