By Hitch Go To PostDon't see that Sony has any reason to follow suit while the PS4 is selling. They'll want their exclusives to propel the PS4, whereas the Xbox One is undoubtedly dragging MS's exclusives down,sales-wise.I understand the logic behind it but it's nice to want things.
Yurt have you played Firewatch yet?

Yurt have you played Firewatch
what do you make of it?
Firewatch is okay. Played about 40% of it I think.
Really does run like shit though on PS4. Stuttering all over the place, massive slowdown, acceleration on cursor-movement is terrible, it crashed once, zooming on the map looks bad, get temporarily stuck in the environment quite often, and the transitions between chapters are amateur-level.

The biggest issue with Firewatch is also one of it's biggest strengths - somewhat frustratingly.
The way you move in-game is really physical, there's a great sense of 'there'-ness to rappelling, or picking things up, it's a pair of hands that feels very connected to the head you're controlling - obviously fussed over in its animations. So when you're obstructed by ledges and things that look like they should be easy to scale - it feels really, really stupid that you can't scale this little ledge - why? the game doesn't want you to, it does want to make picking up a pine-cone a lovingly animated process though. It's a weird trade, and I'm sure it has something to do with the fact that the game's in fact, a series of really big explorable corridors - but I wish they hid that a bit better, just a bit considering how much time they spent animating this character you play as to really feel like a moving person.

I liked it but I'm a big fan of the walking simulator genre.
I think they did everything right and it was exactly what I wanted it to be.

Then you walk up a tiny incline, and you're back at the top of said ledge, only with a 2-foot high rock blocking you from getting there :P

Unbeaten with Khedira in the lineup. Of course, that streak will end against either Napoli or Bayern but until then...

Looking at final Batman vs Superman trailer, Snyder has definitely played the Arkham games. That fight scene looks nuts.

If so then only Flo can candidate himself.

I watched a bit of the superbowl in bed the other night but fell asleep quite early on. I can recall though a disputed catch going to video replay and the refs still got it wrong. I think the Broncos scored a touch down pretty much straight after. Was it the right call or was it the wrong call? Was this a big deal? Is this common in NFL? or was I just dreaming?
BvS still looks hilarious to me. Probably the best trailer of the lot tho.
Synder as a director still worries me

Is this common in NFL? or was I just dreaming? It was the right decision. The tip of the ball touched the ground but it was only shown in a short clip from a different angle. It wasn't that much of a deal for the overall results. There were a lot of turnovers, but Denver's defense dominated the game and ultimately won it. Challenges are fine and the mostly get it right.

You shouldn't be worrying about Superman Max. Worry about Bill Kenwrights mysterious disappearance instead. One of the great mysteries of our time.
