By M_Night Go To PostThis is a guy who scored 30 goals last season. Scored the most free kicks in Europe. He can finish.
Moyes was a destroyer of confidence with how he handled certain players (Kagawa and Chicharito).
Louis is the same.
The proof is in the pudding when the players who leave start performing under a different regime.
Absolute nonsense.
By Wedward Go To PostLVG is pissed the players abandoned the philosophy. There is no philosophy.
Snake oil salesman Louis Van Gaal.
Put on my blue suede shoes and
I boarded the plane
Touched down in the land of the Delta Blues
In the middle of the pouring rain
Then I'm walking in Memphis
I was walking with my feet ten feet off of Beale
Walking in Memphis
But do I really feel the way I feel?

I am not absolving Depay of blame and he should be performing better but he is a shinning example of Gaal's lack of man management skills
By Vivalapizza Go To PostDepay is a fucking shit cunt.
It's that simple.
Since he arrived at the club he's been fannying around and never once done anything to show for it.
If he needs Gaal to tickle his balls to make him feel better he's at the wrong club. Don't get it twisted this isn't a Ronaldo situation where the player was showing heart and bravery. This guy is a pussy.
Players like Januzaj and Memphis should be getting starts in the FA CUP at least. (along with James Wilson FFS).
They aren't, so they are given 5 mins in a football match to come on and help the team see a game out, can you not see how that's just a bit shit?
Then they give away a free kick or possession because they are extremely rusty + have no confidence and thus get punished even further. Less game time, just rot away until the end of the season and get sold under a new manager.
A lot of talent/potential has gone to waste under our current and previous manager.

By Pelelneny Go To Postwhat 30 goals at eredivisie represent in a decent league like the premShould have waited till he scored 35 goals like Suarez in that league.
And yet Smalling, Martial, CBJ, De Gea, Blind, Shaw all improved.
Or are we picking and choosing our arguments?
I know you want him out but fucking hell that's desperate. Memphis played shit time and time again and wasn't turfed out of the team. Blessing in disguise when he got benched. He needed it. When he came on today he showed have shown desire to change something. He didn't. That's on him.
As Viva says, he's a pussy.

Mou can fix him. I do believe that. He has potential, no doubt.

Maybe for a midtable team, he'll never be good enough for where Man Utd want to be though, You can just tell straight away sometimes.

Except Bojack, all those players have played every single game this season, playing well or not
your argument only works if you mention Smalling alone

Viva and n8 are spot on, Depay is a minge and won't make it.
As a Chicha and Di Maria leaving and stepping it up again, I dunno.

Depay needs time, lets see how he does next season. He looks like he has no confidence in his game at all right now.
Also, the team is soft a fuck. Gimme Kante

Depay played magnitudes worse than any of them on a consistent basis and didn't get dropped for it.
Isn't that bad management? Keeping a golden boy to the detriment of the team?
It's absolute fucking tosh; he's a professional footballer. He should be able to make square passes of such simplicity, whether or not he's had a little cry a minute beforehand.
By the hateful n8 Go To PostHe's exceptionally talented. From what I've seen so far at United, doesn't have it mentally.he isn't, that's the first thing I noticed about him
This exceptional talent, where the fuck is it
His touch isn't that good, he can't dribble, his feet aren't that quick
He is defintiely talented (and I am not writing him off) but people say, and he seems to think, he has the same level of talent as our last number 7. And he doesn't.

Memphis 14/15 | Welcome to Old Trafford | The Boy With The Thorn In His Side (Ultra HD)
if a player is playing shit you bench him, yes, but you also give him a chance to play himself back into form.
I never said he should be cuddled, and yes, I have said repeatedly he should do better. What ever is wrong with him, its psychological, he's not going to get back into form playing 5 minutes every other match.
The lad is supremely talented, everyone can see that, but something is going on behind closed doors and it stinks

Memphis is sorta creative but not really

CBJ can cross it that's for sure, gets some good swazz on the ball.
Doesn't know what he's doing at the back though. But he might figure it out.

Under Gaal clinical finishers like Hernandez lose the ability to score tap ins, excellent crossers of the ball like Di Maria start crossing like 6 year olds and good finishers like Depay also turn to shirt.
We have a manager who scrutinizes every decision of the player on the pitch, its putting pressure on the fringe players and forcing them to make errors. I mean he dropped Lingaard from a match not too long ago because he missed a sitter, despite that he also scored prior to that chance
Fergie was a far better man manager with youth talent.
Louis does the exact oppo.

Hernandez was shit in his last few seasons with us. Even near the end with Ferguson his performances were poor.
