News is blowing up now. This guy Tony Stewart apparently is one of the top stars in NASCAR and he just ran this 20 year old kid over in cold blood. Apparently he has a long history of anger issues. What a thug.

um holy fuck
i was expecting a news report video not the actual manslaughter.
fuck me that looks kind of intentional. Seems like he just revvs his shit when he got close. wow

um holy fuckIt's definitely intentional. Stewart was the one who caused the wreck, victim gets out to confront him, Stewart revs up and swerves to hit him. The other drivers had no trouble avoiding him.

Sheriff confirms the kid was dead on arrival.
The balls on this dude.
Id like to see a defense lawyer prove there was no malice when stewart revved his engine.
Better yet, id wager his lawyer will use the temp insanity card. This is straight up a Cold blooded murder.

Stewart did it once to throw his helmet at another driver.
ESPN waited a LONG time to even treat this like it actually happened.
Most of the witnesses say that Stewart was trying to be a douche when he drove that close but his wheel kicked out on him and caught the kid underneath... Its manslaughter imo

The kid was 20 years old. Jeez.
What really shocks me about the video is how fast the cars were going under caution while there was a wrecked car with driver still on the track, especially since the main forms of motorsport I watch are Formula 1/MotoGP/LeMans where the speed gets SEVERELY limited to the point where driver's sector and lap times are monitored under thread of penalty if they exceed the set limit.
Doubt those cars have any telemetry to go by to see what exactly Stewart did with the throttle. His history with incidents doesn't help but man was that caution poorly handled by the race officials.
Him racing today is pretty surprising though considering he was just involved in the death of a kid. News shows that the local Sheriff isn't pursuing any criminal charges at this time.

He's no longer racing today but still...
I'm always shocked when you cause someone's death and get to go home at the end of the night.

That "version" makes it "manslaughter at best".

Me too, did you read about this guy?
I turned a corner and I swear this motherfucker was already airborne and locked in one my front passenger tire
I'm laughing so that I don't have to feel bad but shit just ruined my whole night.
