Yeah, if your team needs offensive help there's almost no better option than 76.
Worst thing is playing support when bad players take the role as slayers. It's just...that's mostly how shit gets bad.

The main thing about using her barriers is trying to use them preemptively. If you see a teammate moving up and it looks like they're trying to engage, pop a barrier on them and most of the time it'll help. If not, it's on a fairly short CD. For her personal barrier, I use it to peek, and frontline a push until the barrier goes down and my shield breaks. If you do it consistently and effectively enough, you continuously build her passive and just become a monster. She's one of the heroes I've been most effective with and I find her really fun.

Soldier 76 is basically a Call of Duty character. Machine gun that has an alt fire that shoots rockets, he can sprint, he can drop a healing station, and his Ultimate is literally aimbot.
I haven't had many issues against Soldier 76, and if you have halfway decent teammates you can ruin Bastion's day, but I haven't figured how to deal with Mei yet. She seems like her tools are a bit too strong. Wall should be a longer CD at least.
