By Kibner Go To PostOh, not a bit afaik.Thought so... The PS4 controller still suffers from shitty stick placement... Xbone controller feels nice but have never used used it... 360 is still the GOAT to me
But with that being said the PS4 controller shits all over the PS3 controller
The XO controller is a nice step up from the 360. It has better bumpers, better dpad, it just feels great. Using that for BC 360 games is the best.
I actually really want to buy one of those custom controllers from the design lab. Maybe as a present to myself.

The XO controllers miniusb port is terrible. If you ever drop it once it's 60 dollars down the drain. It bends easier than a tiger electronic.
So here's something I learned about the NES Mini while at work: we're not offering repairs on them if they're out of warranty. First time we've ever done that for a system.
By Ciaran Go To Postwell he did warn you guys! He's just protecting his village <3 (push him over the edge)Shot at him until he fell off lol. Also I kill both hunters and all i get is some ash & a badge?
he's actually a friendly NPC
By S.igh Go To PostShot at him until he fell off lol. Also I kill both hunters and all i get is some ash & a badge?a badge is the best thing you could get, it unlocks new weapons and new gear!
You buy them off the messegers at The Hunter's Dream

By blackace Go To PostThought it sold wellIt did! And I'm sure Sony and most of all Shuhei Yoshida would love a sequel! Shuhei fucking Platinum'd it and even streamed himself beating one of the hardest bosses a while back :lol
All we know is that From Software is now working on three new games, one of which is 'Dark Fantasy' which could be Bloodborne 2 in theory...
Miyazaki said they're done with Souls games, does Bloodborne count as one? I dunno
I won't hold my breath
By Retro Go To PostStarted playing Xenosaga on PCSX2Man, I may need to hit you up on that. I'm not buying another PS2.
Something surreal about playing PS2 games on my laptop after all the hoops I had to jump through to play imports and burned games when I was in high school.
By Dark PhaZe Go To PostShould I let Eileen the crow die orNO DONT KILL HER
She has one of the coolest quest lines in the game!
Never let any NPC die
except one
you wanna keep Elieen if you're going Skill because she gives you her OP twin blades later

By Facism Go To PostCombo attacks are great. 1 is particularly overpowered in how it takes your party out of harms way, damages enemies every tick in a HUE AOE and converts that damage into healing for your party. Sensational
Who is in your main party?
By S.igh Go To PostBlood Starved Beast is gonna be a problem….in the words of President-elect Trump, I have tremendous news, great news and bad news.
tremendous news: he's an optional boss so you can always come back later! Buy the Hunter Chief Emblem from the bath messengers for 10000 echoes and head into cathedral ward for your next boss. (after this boss the game opens up quite nicely and you'll have plenty of options)
great news: you have the PERFECT tools to dispatch him. The cleaver does 20% more damage on beasts and the Axe is great to keep your distance. All you need to do is dodge to his left while he swings, kinda like ducking under his arms/claws (I recommend watching a youtube vid of how it's done, it's quite easy) and you're pretty good at dodging to begin with so I'm not worried ;) fire will wreck his shit up. You might need some antidotes for his last phase, and Father Gascoigne's armour has some nice poison resistance, but that'd be overkill since the antidotes are more than enough.
bad news: Alfred (RIP) helps you in this fight :lol

this shop unlocks when you have 10 'Insights'. But I wouldn't recommend spending your valuable Insights on armour right now
you should save a few to summon an NPC for the next boss.
Don't forget to upgrade your weapons! Sometimes that's all what you need to do really :lol
By S.igh Go To Postwhat the fuck I never knew! I have like 15 insight and had no idea what it was for.lol yeah it's a currency of some sort, mostly used for summons and buying rare items.
once you go above a certain number you'll start....seeing things! But you'll get to that brilliant part later :p
By DY_nasty Go To Postyeah i aint know any of that shitI regret never playing one before. Now I'm fully on board the mechas train after playing Titanfall 2
i'll just wait for the next armored core game
I beat bloodbourne but kinda wished it was a little harder. It was so long ago that i prob can't help much now though

By Ciaran Go To Postlol yeah it's a currency of some sort, mostly used for summons and buying rare items.Armored Core For Answer (4A) is such a beautiful, luscious mecha game. Whether you want to be a plodding mobile fortress that laughs at the 'opportunity' of conventional warfare or a feather-light glass cannon that dances through gunfire... its all there for you.

They did the same thing Ace Combat did in their latest game by trying to make shit too appealing to western audiences.
Hope the next entry is back to the good stuff

By Ciaran Go To Postcan you guess who made For Answer? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hidetaka_MiyazakiThe final bosses/mission of the 'you're just the biggest asshole in human history' path in For Answer is easily the hardest boss I've ever tackled or even heard of.

When I beat it I was sad because I realized that at that point I'd never worked that hard in my life for anything. It was that real.
By EldritchTrapStar Go To PostSeeing the Moonlight sword in the old AC games made you feel like you ascended.I was just happy to finally beat White Glint (which is truly a gorgeous piece of machinery) into the dirt. I reveled in it.
Truly.
Remade a NEXT from scratch that could chase that motherfucker down and put wood to its ass.
Just googled White Glint....and to think I was floored by ZoE's designs back then
I think I'm more into budget looking mechas though, like the ones in Titanfall 2.

Some of the builds were crazy too. They (through patches) really had something good with Assault Armor. Its kinda like an implied shield that can be emphasized or not depending on generators and all that fun stuff - or you could even weaponize it. You could just as easily roll through the entire game with a double track machine and vertical missile pods, railguns, and hot shit.
I'm just still impressed at my younger self for making this walking EMP/AA bomb that would burst melee everything down in the few seconds everything on the block was unshielded like me. I was a no-life beast.

There's stuff going on in that video that I didn't know I could do lol
I can only afford to be all in on one game at a time and Destiny took me before Bloodborne did.

god im old
this used to make sense to me. i would probably be able to tell you what kind of missile every single player was using (dude is FILTHY in the second match, basically turns that entire game solo once he purges the big shit and goes dolo with the guns)

The DLC is no joke, difficulty-wise. Ciaran will attest to that based the 2 nights we spent cooping one of those fuckers on my NG+++ character lol.
Interested to see what it's like on a first playthrough.
