Watched a bit of the Giant Bomb VR demos and nothing grabbed me at all. It's all very demo-ie. Like, too demoish at this point to justify jumping in just yet. Think RE7 has been the only standout thus far and that's months out yet.

did you watch the prologue section? It was a masterclass of boring last-gen singleplayer tropes.
Proof of concept games have done a remarkable job at somehow making all the VR headsets even less appealling than they would have been if they'd released with nothing.

Yeah the xbone controllers are only compatible if they're wired. If you go wireless you have to buy a MS wireless dongle.

Mainly made for PSNOW. You still need stuff like InputMapper or DS4 windows. Otherwise it won't work with the majority of games.
Which is sometimes a pain, but surely the cheapest method, if you don't have an X1 controller and got a DS4.

By blackace Go To Postdo you like it?I do for any game that isn't reliant on the d-pad as a primary form of input. It may take some configuration for some games, but it is easily recognized as an Xbox controller for any game that supports one and is mapped for them as expected.
The pad-as-analog-stick takes some getting used to, but I have started to prefer it for many (but not all) games. The games it doesn't work well as are almost always games that you can get even better control by using it like a trackpad.

Dude, Rez. I have every inch of that game committed to memory and yet it still has me on the edge of getting PSVR just to play that one game.
As a fan of the original, Rez did look cool when Jeff was playing. But again, I can't shake the feeling that it didn't look like a fully realized game. Also, there was an issue where once a song ended, that was it. Everything he'd created vanished and was nowhere to be found. Might have been user error but still.
