PS4 - When you plug in headphones it switches from TV to headphones automatically with no need to adjust tv/monitor volume

It is very noticeable. Which area are you in? It's much less dramatic in day time Prague but Prague at night or one of the darker missions look dramatically better as a result of HDR. Also, what are your settings?

Decided to play Dead Rising 2 Off The Record for Halloween this year. In order to bring some sort of challenge to it, I decided against using combo weapons. The game is still kinda easy, but not having those to rely on does make a big difference.
