It's like he's perpetually in awe that he has his own talk show.

On SNL it seemed like he couldn't make through a single sketch without breaking character if his life depended on it.

He's terrible at everything he does, but it's Hollywood, failing upwards and all that.

I love Jimmy Fallon. He's got the best late night show by far, best skits, on going segments, etc.

Conan's been better lately too, I stopped watching for a while but I've liked what he's been doing lately.

Kimmel is annoying, besides the Celebrity Twitter segments.
